Placed my order on Sunday 3rd May but understood my order may not be dealt with until the 5th as Monday was bank holiday. Had automated order confirmation immediately but I’m still waiting for dispatch confirmation nearly a week after placing the order. Emailed Master Vaper directly on Thursday 7th asking for an update but no response. Coincidentally I placed an order with a different vape company on the bank holiday Monday for a different flavour and it arrived on the Wednesday. I don’t understand the slow dispatch and lack of communication.

Always great service. Fast delivery and reasonable prices. I have been buying off this company for a few years now and no issues at all.

I have been ordering from here for over 2 years always receive the correct products. They have always answered any queries via WhatsApp. My only reason for not giving 5 ⭐️ is the delivery has not been as good lately

Placed an order Sunday and still not here very bad service had 5 working days

I spent £32 on liquids I waited and waited 3 weeks I never received my order, in the meantime I sent them 4 messages regarding this, asked if I would still get them or would they reimburse me but they didn’t even bother to reply or acknowledge any of the messages (even though they did read the messages) I am totally disappointed and also out of pocket
I won’t be ordering from them again

Been buying from Mastervaper for months but recently deliveries are taking a long time and no tracking and no communication when I have emailed to chase order. Ordered Aug 16th still not arrived, emailed and no answer. Price is great and loyalty scheme great but all no good without the product, as on holiday had to purchase different vape from a shop.
