Gone down hill…
Never had any issues, fast delivery. BUT! Just recently I’m forever chasing my orders up! It takes 2-3 weeks for delivery at the moment that’s with me chasing it up, maybe longer if I didn’t.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I left an order on 28.04 in the morning. It's now 03.05, no one contacted me, no track number was sent. No answer to letters and messages in instagram direct. I don't even want to receive any liquids from them anymore. Perhaps at least after a negative feedback someone will contact me.

Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Good prices for individual juices, even better if you order multiple bottles and then a points reward scheme on top of that. Free delivery on my order which arrived in under 3 working days!
Will definitely be using Master Vape again and would definitely recommend.

Great service, great e-liquid
Great service at a very busy and trying time. I ordered some e liquid just before Christmas, which is a very busy time of year, plus there were postal strikes adding more pressure to online retailers and yet this company still managed to get my e-liqid to me within just a few days. The e-liqid is also really good too, great flavour, just the right strength and great value for money too. What more could anyone ask for. THANK YOU.
