I was amazed by the absolutely fantastic approach by Abdallah Farooq, MATE Sales Executive which I have met in Spitalfields London by chance by just walking around. I have never seen such great looking bike and I have immediately felt in love with MATE. Abdallah is totally pro-client oriented kind person who will support you no matter where you are in the world. I live in the Czech Republic so I physically ordered the bike here but for the whole process Abdallah answered me any questions I had and he even made a special video just for me with tips and tricks how to easily fold and unfold the MATE bike. When I picked up my new MATE bike in our local shop in the Czech Republic, he phoned me just to congratulate me and welcome in the MATE family. I have never met such kind Sales Executive who is in fact more "MATE" than a salesman. I am very happy with both my new MATEs, Abdallah and great bike :)

Had a warranty issue with my bike, took it to the Manchester store and they couldn't have been better. Fault was swiftly rectified and the bike was back within a day!

It was an amazing experience. The team explained to me all the pros and cons of each bike. The trial went really smooth and one of the very experienced crew joined the ride. They answered all of my further questions as well.

My time at this store was amazing, Abdallah and manager Darius had the best customer service. The enthusiasm about these off roading electric bikes was really good and actually gave me the energy to write this review (that’s how impressive he was), I will defo be back for a test ride and make use of the Black Friday Sale. We went for a test ride and we had so much fun, the customer service was great and Abdallah provided all the information we needed. I’d recommend the Spitalfields store incase you’re looking

I bought this as my first ever e-bike. It's surprising the number of features it includes for an e-bike. It's got a front suspension, a bright display, disk brakes, integrated lights, and a very comfy seat( i got an upgrade on the seat but the default one seemed ok, I just wanted that extra and for the price difference it was a no-brainer).

The step-thru design makes it a very comfortable bike to ride, especially if you're short like me and most bike frames make you stand on your toes when stopping, this is fully customizable to any height

The motor's responsiveness is super good and it is powerful, it really kicks in and you can adjust the speed but it really accelerates fast!

The battery is beautifully integrated and securely locked in the frame with a key, so you don't have to remove it every time. you can also put a password on to lock it via the display. I can see myself getting more mileage than advertised as the battery hardly changes even when I'm at max level!

The tires are proving extremely tough, and can hardly feed the drop of a large curb.

Last, but not least, the after-sale service was very good, and invited me in for a checkup a week later. Everything was ready for me to pick up and they installed all the extras I bought in-store.

Extremely happy with my purchase and will be persuading my friends to get one also! :) Go visit the store in Spitalfields and check them out!
