Yaseen and Abdullah and the rest of the team from the Spitafield branch, they have been amazing with my bike, they have an amazing customer service and immaculate products, they are always happy to lend a hand with your bike.

Amazing service I had tried bikes from vanmoof and cowboy but nothing like Mate bike. The process was seemless from the selection of bike to the vast variety of accessories and modifications. The staff in store were kind and helpful providing me with more than basic knowledge in regards to the bike, warrenty and brand itself many thanks to Yaseen for building my baby and Abdullah for driving me through the order process. Highly recommended 😁

Great delivery times, an online return firm would have been great as I had to explain the reason for return with somebody twice in two messages in a through a second app, didn’t really enjoy that so you lost one star

Excellent customer service I took a test ride and the staff were very friendly and informative I'm definitely going to be a future customer in the future.

This company has always exceeded my expectations, I have had very few problems with my bike but what I’ve had have been sorted in no time at all.
I’m 19 months in and just received a new battery as the old one was playing up.
Saad in the workshop has been amazing keeping me upto date.
The guys are such a friendly bunch providing great support and advise always.
I still love this bike and was the best money I spent in a long time, it still turns heads😁

Excellent test ride! When I arrived, the bike was already there, tested and ready to go. Aylaç has been so helpful explaining all different specs and answering all my questions.

Visited the MATE store in shoreditch and went for a 15 min test ride. I tried the Mate X and it was amazing, effortless pedaling and a smooth, comfortable ride.

Guess I know what I'll be buying for Christmas, the customer service team has been very helpful so far.

I have had the best experience with the Manchester store sales team. Extremely helpful and patient. Willing to go the extra mile to understand and meet your needs. They also know their products incredibly well. Received all three bikes within a week. Excellent service and highly recommend!
