Every step of buying my first electric bike was honestly amazing. Stepping into the store with very little knowledge about electric bikes was not a problem at all due to Aytac and Dom. The level of customer service these two men give you is truly outstanding, in addition to this the level of knowledge they have is first class too.
I must admit i am not the easiest of customers and i change my mind very frequently. Regardless of this they still manage to supply great customer service and exceptional after care.
Aytac and Dom are both very knowledgeable and informative with exceptional listening skills to help you find exactly what you need.
They really did go above and beyond and i am extremely happy with my new bike.

I was passing this new store on the way to the market and as I’m currently looking to move into the world of electric bikes I popped in.
I was met by Abdallah, who talked me through the new models and recommended the best way to experience the Mate brand was to take it on a test ride. We had a 15 minute ride and returned to the shop. I explained that my heart was set on a GoCycle despite Abdallah explaining it was just as good. He was an excellent salesman and did his best but unfortunately I’ve only gone else where due to personal preference.

THE worst purchase i have ever made. Purchased it on indigo go now had it for 4 years worked for 2 days then nothing. Trying to get in touch for technical support with no contact or anyone to speak to. Eventually sent a controller was faulty. After a year the decided to send me new motor and controller still did not work. This bike cost me 1600 UK pounds and it made me realize never ever buy of advert on social media as saw it on YouTube.

Mate UK have set the standard of what customer service must be. I have not been with any other company that supports their customers individually more than Mate UK. They take the time and effort to treat your concern independently. Because of this, I'm am so glad I took the plunge and bought a Mate X. I feel very secure that my Mate X will last a very long time.

First off all I went to get the leg of my bike, the one who felt for no reason when I didn’t even damaged the first week I bought it, I left my bike to get fix plus installation of electrical systems but specifically my leg. Also the guy from the shop offer me to get a better price for buying the covers for the wheels. After three days when I go to collect my bike supposedly fixed, It doesn’t has the leg, the covers where so close to the wheel that is an a shame to call that cover because it can damage the wheel or make it blow in the middle of a ride, and the price of 90£… But not only all of this, on top of that I still not having my leg because is supposed in out of stock, and the handler, and the new pieces of the electric system are not even installed correctly. I spent fakin 3000£ on this e-bike to safe the planet, for the cost of my life in risk. I still waiting for the promised mail!!!?!??!

Had an issue with a cracked LCD display housing , when the Mate X was delivered, a quick phone call to Mate customer service and Saad was on the case .
