You should have received a shipping confirmation with your order (please check your spam folder), which would have included a tracking link to GLS. From that point on, GLS should have kept you informed, as we do not have our own shipping service and everything is handled by this third-party provider. However, they usually send regular updates, and you can also check the link yourself at any time.
If you had contacted our customer service earlier, we would have told you something similar. It's a shame that something went wrong there too. You may have replied to one of the automated emails (order confirmation?). However, these are no-reply addresses, so our customer service would never have received your reply.
Some time has passed now. If there is still a problem, please feel free to contact us again at customer-service@matratzen.discount with your order number, and we will look into what went wrong.

If you purchased a H2/H3 reversible mattress, you can flip it over and try the other side. The H2 side is softer, while the H3 side is slightly firmer.
It's also good to know that the firmness of the mattress is also influenced by the slatted frame. If you have an adjustable slatted frame, the lying comfort can be adjusted by up to 40%.

No Mattress, No Updates, No Accountability
I ordered a mattress on 13/09/2025 and they didn't have it on stock. That was fine, as when I made the order they were saying it would arrive by 06/10/2025. I planned accordingly to this, but on 6th Oct I received no notification of any kind and next day I wrote an email to the support team asking about the status of my order. They replied hours later saying that there was some problem with the production line, and that I should receive the mattress by the end of the next week. After another week and a half, the mattress didn't arrive, and I HAD to write them AGAIN, this time asking for the cancellation and refund of my money. Funny thing is they kept the delivery date in their webpage as the production line was working just fine, when this was totally false. Had I known this information before, I would have planned differently and would have directly bought it somewhere else, so I wouldn't have had to figure out where to sleep for longer than three weeks.
They never contacted me by themselves, and didn't offer any solution nor compensation for the delay and lack of notifications on the status. I feel totally scammed after this experience, even if they gave back the money now. It's been a month and a half since I originally made the order and they should have at least communicated with me to let me know it would not be on time (my sleep has been totally disrupted by this event, and that affects me in my everyday. They should not play with such a basic need).

Super bad service and delivery system
Super bad service and delivery system. The company informed when I was in the payment process that the deliverly will take 1-2 days but I have waited for the product 3 weeks since I paid for them, I didn’t get the products yet until now. The delivery has stoped somewhere for long time and poseponed the arriving date all the time. I have heard only the unreasonable excuse from them. I can’t recomend this company to anyone. And this will me my last time shopping here. So disappointed with bad experience with this company.
