I never received my products
I ordered two mattresses over a month ago and still haven’t received them. I was first told the shipment was delayed, then later informed that the items had arrived at my city’s post terminal. When I contacted the terminal, they said they couldn’t find anything under my name.
I reached out to the company three separate times, but I never received a proper explanation. All I was told is that an “investigation” had been opened—and that was more than two weeks ago. Since then, I’ve had no updates, no clarity, and no resolution.
At this point, I’m genuinely worried that I’ll never receive my order. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this issue quickly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

I had one of the worst online shopping…
I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with MARTAZAN.DISCOUNT. I placed an order(MD1000504291) back in September, and it never arrived. The original tracking link didn’t work at all. After repeatedly contacting them, I finally received a new tracking link — only to find out that the package had been sent back to the sender because “the customer was not available.”
This is completely untrue. I was never contacted once — no call, no email, no update — about the delivery, a missed attempt, or anything related to the order.
When I reached out again to ask why my mattress had been returned, the only response I received was an email saying that I would be refunded once they receive the returned order. Since then, I’ve been trying to follow up, but now their email address isn’t even working — it literally shows “email not found.”
At this point, they have my money, I have no mattress, and I have no way to reach them. It has caused a lot of stress, frustration, and wasted time.
Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend ordering from this website.

Please note that we do not have our own shipping company. We handed your mattress over to the shipping service provider GLS, who are responsible for transport. I cannot say why the first tracking link did not work. My guess is that GLS handed the goods over to another shipping service provider at the national border – and then the disaster began with the ‘failed delivery attempt’. Believe me, we are all too familiar with this annoyance of ‘Unfortunately, you were not at home’ (yes, I even saw you from the window, you didn't even try to ring the bell!!!!). It's probably the same in every country...
Our customer support email address still works, I am in daily contact with my colleagues via this very email address. Please try again, ‘email not found’ is strange, maybe there was some kind of error. The correct address is: customer-service@matratzen.discount
Then we'll be happy to check the current status again.

Mattress never delivered and appalling customer service
I ordered this mattress mainly due to the 1-2 day delivery ‘promise’. However a week later I still have not received the mattress. I have tracking for the German GLS delivery part - saying cleared UK customs - but apparently then it changes to Parcelforce and there are no tracking numbers for this to check where the mattress is.
I just got an email from Matratzen saying delays happen with Parcelforce. My question then is why use them?
Appalling service - would never use them again as needed the mattress for guests so then had to buy another mattress for this.

Because you are asking ‘why use them’: Please note that we don't use Parcelforce deliberately, We handed the parcel over to GLS (who generally do a good job). They handed your parcel over to Parcelforce, not us. That's how it works everywhere with international shipping; they all pass the parcels between themselves, and as a customer, you usually don't notice that. The main thing is that it arrives somehow in the end. And often, the tracking stops working somewhere along the way, which I unfortunately know all too well from personal experience. Parcel from China, handed over somewhere, no more tracking, arrives two weeks later. Phew...
Or I often receive parcels from senders marked ‘do not return’; they can't even pass on the shipping information to each other properly. Unbelievable.
But none of this is our fault, nor is it a conscious decision on our part that we could change. As silly as it sounds, ‘that's just the way it is’.
Nevertheless, I'm sorry that you had to buy another mattress for your guests.
