Second update : 17/2/2026 I have still not had any reply from the customer service since last heard on 7/1/26 . It is soon going to be 3 months and no parcel received or updates . The customer service at MATRATZEN Discount has GHOSTED me at this point in time . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS WILLING TO TAKE A BIG RISK .

This is to the people who will order from the UK please be aware of few things when ordering from these people . I ordered my mattresses from this website on the 5/12/25 MD1000637512 and on the website they say it is delivered WITHIN 2-3 business days ( this to me as a customer means within 2-3 days literally ) it’s going to be two weeks now and I haven’t still got it yet and I had to pay 48£ customs clearance changes which has not been mentioned at the time of ordering ! Which I think is very cheeky of the company to hide this information to benefit from people ordering from their website .The tracking information is still not updated yet and when I email the company they say it’s not their responsibility about the delivery and I don’t understand how is this not their responsibility? I paid to The company for my goods and the company is using someone to deliver my goods to me so I believe they should be responsible for the goods untill it’s delivered to me as I PAID for it . Secondly the customer service replied to me that the delivery dates they say is not garunteed especially during the busy seasonal times( Christmas ) and with the international shipping as it needs to clear the customs .I believe they should mentioned these again on the website of the realistic timeframes and customs charges with the reasons they gave me why there is a delay .The shipment service they use GLS is another long story of how rubbish they are of not knowing where the parcel is ! They say it’s with parcel force and parcel force says they haven’t recieved it either . It’s frustrating and disappointing . I know the company will reply to this and I am very sure this is going to be useless as they will come up with reasons and excuses that’s not helpful.

Falls du eine Rücksendung in Betracht ziehst, sende bitte eine E-Mail an unseren Kundenservice unter customer-service@matratzen.discount, damit wir dir beim Rücksendeprozess helfen können.
Im Grunde erwartet niemand, dass du die Matratze wieder in ihre ursprüngliche Form bringst, das ist unmöglich. Roll sie, so gut es geht und falls sie zu hoch ist, Knick sie am besten auch einmal. Und das mit ganz viel Klebeband oder Schnüren zusammen binden. Etwa so kommen bei uns täglich Retouren wohlbehalten an :)
Je kleiner sie wird, desto günstiger der Rückversand.
Ich hoffe, dass du dennoch bald eine angenehme Nachtruhe findest! 🌙

Bitte beachte, dass wir keine eigene Spedition haben. Wir haben die Ware an GLS übergeben und diese haben das an der Landesgrenze wiederum an den Pakettdienstleister deines Landes übergeben. Und die haben verkackt und das Paket verloren und als "zugestellt" markiert. Nicht wir.
Bitte wende dich umgehend an unseren Kundenservice unter customer-service@matratzen.discount, damit wir das Problem schnellstmöglich klären können. Ein Nachforschungsantrag bei dem Versanddienstleister könnte hier helfen.

I ordered and paid for 2 pillows and 1 mattress a week ago. They only delivered the 2 pillows. They didn't deliver the mattress and they haven't responded to any emails I've sent. In short, I received the lower-value items. Now don't have my money and no mattress. Very disapointed.

Your suggestion for a pick-up service for old mattresses is understandable and we think it's a great idea, but it's not feasible for us at the moment. As we don't have our own shipping service and only deliver with GLS / DHL, we can't have GLS/DHL take away old mattresses, which are usually bulky goods.
I'm sorry that you had to take care of the disposal yourself, I know it's a hassle :)

We ordered a mattress online on the 24th of November. The company’s website said delivery in one to 2 days. It is now the 5th of December and we have still not received the mattress. I’ve never heard of customer service agent to be so unconcerned or nonchalant, which gives me the impression this happens a lot. Customers need to be extra wary because of the company’s refund policy. We cannot receive a refund until there is an attempt to deliver the mattress to us, at which point we can refuse to accept it. Then, and only then, will the company process a refund. Today, I was told that the agent they used to deliver might take an extra two weeks from now to process our order and to attempt a delivery. That means no mattress for over a month and no possibility of cancelling and getting our money back so that we can order elsewhere. When I questioned the customer service agent on this policy, he told me it is normal experience and that I would know this if I ordered more things online. What a joke.

Auch privat habe ich im Laufe der Jahre schon bei verschiedenen anderen Unternehmen eine ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht. Geld gibt's immer erst zurück, wenn das Unternehmen auch die Ware zurück hat. Selbst Amazon macht das inzwischen so.
Dennoch: es tut mir leid, dass die Lieferung so lange gedauert hat und das Problem mit der Rückerstattung überhaupt erst ausgelöst hat. Das hätte besser laufen müssen...

No answer from costumer service
Bought two matresses, one toplayer and one solid. The top came quick the other was promised november 26th, I have sent 3 emails asking if it is sent and when expected delivery. No answers. I bought with Klarna and opened a case since I got no response so I will not loose any money, but this is awful costumer service.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service
What a joke. I reported that the topper wasn’t the right height, and instead of actually helping, they kept sending me endless “instructions” on how to measure a mattress like I’ve never seen a measuring tape before. Nowhere on the product page do they say the height is measured with the cover, yet they act like I’m the problem.
After sending photos again and again, they still refused to accept them and talked to me like I’m doing something wrong. Instead of admitting they sent the wrong item, they threaten to charge me return costs. Pathetic. Just send the return label and stop wasting people’s time.
Avoid this company unless you enjoy being lectured for their mistakes.
