I can't get a refund for products I…
I can't get a refund for products I never received. And yes, they're not responding either. The only answer I get is that the products have been returned to their warehouse because I didn't pick them up. As stated on the website, home delivery isn't always guaranteed; it depends on the delivery company. You have to pick them up yourself after a certain point. The products that didn't arrive were returned to their warehouse. They confirmed they received them, but then they never responded to any emails and haven't refunded the money. Go and pay a little extra and buy from places that won't cause you any trouble.

I do not recommend, they are very unserious. I ordered a bed for my dog and they made a mistake in my order and sent me a simple dog pillow. I made a complaint, they told me to return the wrong product and when they receive the product they will take care of my case. I called again to ask what was happening with my order and the lady from customer service effectively without any care told me that my money would be returned and that I would have to order again, when I looked again on the site they changed the price of the bed, it being more expensive now. I asked them if I could buy the bed at the initial price when I made the first order because it was not my mistake and they told me that they could not do that and that they could not help me in any way. Lack of professionalism! They actually don't care that someone pays and they want to receive exactly the product they paid for.

I ordered two Sleezzz Superior mattresses and regret it completely. Both arrived with damaged outer packaging, and once unpacked, both had a strong, persistent chemical/hospital-like odour and visible marks/staining. This wasn't a mild "new mattress smell" — it was bad enough that we couldn't sleep on them or use them normally in our home, and weeks later the smell still hasn't gone away.
What made this worse was dealing with their customer service. Every time I sent the photos they asked for, they came back with a new excuse to avoid taking responsibility — first dismissing the packaging damage, then questioning photos I'd already sent, then claiming a proper assessment couldn't be made, then telling me the smell was "normal" and I should just air the mattress out for days. When I asked for the mattresses to be collected, they refused to arrange a return label or cover any collection cost, repeatedly shifting the goalposts so they wouldn't have to pay for it. Throughout the whole process, the tone of their responses felt dismissive and unhelpful rather than genuinely trying to resolve the problem.
I've now spent weeks going back and forth, provided every piece of evidence requested, and I'm still stuck with two mattresses I can't use and no resolution. It has been a stressful, drawn-out experience over what should have been a straightforward faulty-goods complaint. I would not order from this company again and would strongly encourage others to think twice.
