Bought a CloudComfort Basic double…
Bought a CloudComfort Basic double guest folding mattress 140 x 195 cm from them.
Purchase and delivery were just fine.
The product, though, really lacks in quality, even for what one should expect for the price being more on the cheap side.
The foam is thinner and much less dense than what pictures suggest. It seems very unlikely this product will last, I'd say in a year at most the foam will be so compacted I'll have to dispose of the thing.
It arrives with a strong toxic smell of new foam, so don't even think of using it for a while. You'd better leave it somewhere to get fresh air for several days.
I was expecting a cheap quality for the good price I paid, but this was way too much below expectations.

If you purchased a reversible mattress, you might want to try flipping it over. Reversible mattresses have a soft side and a hard side. In case you weren't aware of this, it could be that you simply placed it 50/50 in the bed and might be sleeping on the wrong side. Just give it a try.
However, if you already knew this and have tried it, I might have another tip for you.
With the slats of the bed frame, the firmness of the mattress can be influenced to a certain extent. How soft or firm a mattress feels depends up to 40% on the bed frame. Many people underestimate this effect or even forget that it exists at all. Even orthopedic mattresses only show their effect with a correctly adjusted base.
If you are unsure whether your bed frame is adjustable, it is worth taking a quick look at the slats in the pelvic and lumbar area. If there are small sliders or double slats that can be pushed in or out, then the firmness can be adjusted. Many bed frames have such elements in this area.
The adjustment itself is quite simple: If the mattress feels too hard to you, you push the sliders further out - this makes the area more flexible and gives more. If it seems too soft to you, you adjust the sliders further towards the middle, so that the bed frame becomes more stable and provides stronger support. Especially the area under the pelvis is crucial, as it either aligns your spine properly - or forces it into an unnatural position.
Often, a small adjustment is enough to significantly improve the lying comfort. This way, the lying comfort of a mattress can be easily adjusted to be softer or firmer if needed, without having to buy a new mattress or a mattress topper directly.
If none of these tips help, unfortunately, we have exhausted all free options. If your problem persists, feel free to visit our shop again. There is a separate category with toppers that can specifically make the lying comfort of your mattress softer or harder.

Don't trust them
Don't trust their statement on the website that they will deliver to UK in 3-4 days. Placed an order on 4th of June and needed the item on 11th of July. Checked the status of the order on 9th of July and the item was still not handed over to the courier. I asked them to cancel my order and refund it. Ooops they are now telling me the order is despatched so can no longer be cancelled. I have to send the item back at my own expense and they can refund. Obviously they are not telling the truth all through out the process

Fraud. Order 15 cm, received 10 cm. Cerified from website washed cover, from internal declaration NOT washed. Without any marks of product factory, country and certificate. Attached prospect is fake. Not recommended, pay attention. Order from Slovenia, now I see Germany prices is much lower? We are in EU, here is no custom or add taxes. Return process have too high prices. I think fraud seller must pay this costs and send money back. Mission impossibile.
