Removal from France to Marbella and to Ireland
From my first contact with Raj Khaira re removal of furniture from France to Marbella and to Cork Ireland I must say that our experience with all personnel was absolutely fantastic. Raj organized our removals and everything was done to perfection. Stuart and Russell collected removals in France on 23/24 July and nothing was a problem. They were excellent and everything was delivered in Marbella to us by Stuart and Lito on 31 July who also were excellent. We received our delivery to Cork on 27 Aug as agreed and everything was also excellent. All our items were delivered in absolute perfect condition. All the personnel we dealt with were highly professional and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend MJR Removals

Removal Belgium to UK
Removal Belgium to UK. 1 person and house contents. Sounds easy but it took me a year to sort house contents ready to move. Another removal company in UK suggested MJR as Belgian companies were not enthusiastic about UK after Brexit. So began a couple of hectic days in the company of Owen and team who sorted, packed and loaded my belongings. Help with paperwork was provided by the UK office staff but contact with HMRC was difficult. My boxes now fill my new residence - a quart into a pint pot - a long job for the gents who delivered them all. The move was a stressful experience until I had MJR on board. Professional and efficient. Perhaps they are just what you are looking for too.

I had no experience with international removals so I was nervous about it all but MJG provided exceptional service from start to finish. Even though some things didn't go quite to plan due to things outside their control everything fell into place and was OK. I have to mention the pick-up team who did an excellent job of packing and moving things quickly. Delivery team were also very good. They listened to how I needed things placing and then just got on with it efficiently and swiftly. Also a mention for everyone working in the office. It all just turned out well and I would definitely recommend MJG to anyone moving.

I initially received several quotes…
I initially received several quotes from this company promptly, but when I called to discuss them, the tone of communication was curt and unfriendly, which I found stressful and off-putting. After reducing the amount I wanted to move, I was told, rather dismissively, that I would still need to pay for a minimum of 1 cubic metre, “maybe a bit less.” I requested a revised quote for the reduced items, but it was never sent. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of time, marked by unnecessarily rude and unprofessional interactions with the moving managers.

However, after locating your file and completing our investigations, I can see that we have now raised no less than 12 quotations to date based on your ever changing requirements. As a professional company, to receive continual requests for quotations that do not link circumstance with reason does raise questions of disingenuous practice at play. In addition, on a review of our recorded calls we have been unable to locate any staff member who has been either rude or unprofessional in any way, but do apologise if this is how any interaction has made you feel. Efficient removal company
Mathew James Removals moved a lot of my household goods from the UK to France recently.
The office staff were very knowledgeable about the customs rules, and asked for the appropriate documentation to ensure hassle-free clearance.
Everything was packed very well and delivered without any breakages. The teams at both the collection and delivery points were very efficient and thorough.
The only problem encountered was that there was a delay of a few weeks for the lorry to be filled before its departure to France, for which storage fees were charged.

A great company to deal with.
I was so impressed with this company! I had no idea what to expect when we moved our belongings to Spain. We had the bronze level option (as we did not have any furniture as such) but I needn't have worried. Great communication at all stages. The two removal men who came to collect our belongings, were professional and efficient. The move went according to plan (except a short delay at customs) and our boxes arrived safely. All in all I was very impressed. It is quite stressful moving belongings abroad but it all went smoothly with this company. Thank you to everyone involved!

A very smooth experience from beginning…
A very smooth experience from beginning to finish with the packaging and transit of some precious belongings to Italy. Move from Spain to England
I recently moved from Barcelona, Spain to two addresses in England (London and Essex) and Matthew James were great. Not only did they offer a very fair price compared to other companies that I contacted but everything went smoothly. They also helped me fill out the necessary forms I needed for customs. Andy and Ben who came and packed up our stuff in Barcelona were absolutely fantastic, they were quick, wrapped everything very well (Andy is a tetris master!) and were an absolute delight to talk to the whole time! Our stuff arrived a little after two weeks and all the guys that unloaded everything were lovely and very efficient. They all made a very stressful process much easier and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
