Our mattress was used for several years, and we came back to buy again. Noel was very professional and easygoing, highly recommended.

Paul was very tolerant I was guaranteed to mess up the order online got calls throughout the whole process, delivery was two days after ordering, lovely guys even had the good manners to call me telling me they were 5 minutes away, placed my new matress on the bed and took the old one away, from start to finish absolutely 💯 fantastic communication and service, thanks Paul and guys I will have absolutely no hesitation recommending you to friends. Expert knowledge from Noel about what type of mattress suits different people / sleeping types / body size. Really wouldn't go anywhere else. Delighted with the friendly service - delivery due tomorrow and they'll take my old mattress away. A very happy customer.

Most friendly staff, I was taken around the store to try out the beds that would suit me, as I have hip and back problems. Dr Noel gave me great advice and I have had the best night's sleep in years. No bad back when I woke up . Happy days thanks Mattress Mick.

Just purchased a bed today delivery was bang ot time the staff were very helpful couldn't do enough to help us would have no problem going back 👍 🙂 I hope I have plesent dreams the twins were very helpful thanks 👍

If I could give less I would. mouldy bed came to me I rang up they gave me a replacement bed this bed was broke
they told me they will do everything they could to help me out wether that be a new bed and store credit went over picked out a different bed tried to charge me more money after the inconvenience of the two beds I had a problem with!
AVOID AT ALL COST! Won’t shop here again!!

Don’t be fooled by the Jolly nice person that we are sold with Mattress Mick. He’s a man who is all front for the public and money. I parked my new van outside the shop in Coolock 2 weeks ago, brand new van and the first trip I took in it. The carpark was full so I parked right under the cameras at the front door. When I did there was also a large white van behind me. Both vans where under the cameras obviously placed at the front of the shop. When I came out my van was damaged. I’ve asked to sort it out without getting the Garda involved and was told everyday to call back Mick wasn’t there. Even though I knew he was at the shop everyday being. I rang and text several
Times given a different story over the course of two weeks. Eventually I drove back over and was then told, oh that camera is broken we can’t see anything even though I was told they knew the fella and he said he didn’t do it? So they have the footage and know who damaged my van and are hiding it and lying like it’s a big deal it’s only a broken light and damaged bumper not going to break the bank. Now im having to get the Garda involved. No doubt they will get lied to also. Never trust a lier is what I always say. Your property is not safe at that premises.

I ordered a product " in stock" with a promise of 5 days to delivery. 40 days are gone. Every week after a call and message I get an new ETA and an excuse.
The problem seems to have no solution

Waterford store- Wouldn’t even give the place in Waterford 1 star. It’s a terrible service. Im 8 months pregnant and was given no compensation and totally went against all consumer rights. The manager is a nasty man. Our bed was ripped and torn and he told me to get someone who deals with upholstery to fix my problem. They tried to blame us for doing it too. I highly highly recommend to STAY AWAY

Went onto online service to order a metel triple bunk bed. Got some guy called tony asking me to give my email address, gave him address, he said would send me pics of all types of beds I was lookin for, guess what never heard back 😂 I liked mattress mick from that documentary he did a few years ago, but bargain town got my funds in the end, mattress mi🤣ck me hole

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst customer service ! Faulty matress springs in matress as soon as got it when ringing to complain they kept changing people to deal with it going around circles, to be told” what do you want me to do with the matress!”. Never again will I buy from here.

I ordered a memory foam mattress from the website and the service was hassle free, nice and easy

The online customer support was extremely helpful, I was not sure what mattress to pick and Paul advised me the perfect mattress that suited me,I would highly recommend mattress mick.
