Called about faulty mattress with springs broke and was asked did I have concrete blocks on the bed wow what a way to deal with a customer ( shocking )

Bought a king size mattresses recommended by paul during the week. Couldnt have spoke to a nicer bloke and he couldnt have recommended a nicer mattress. Fair play

Went into the store to order a mattress and bed frame, was told the bed would be delivered in two weeks which suited us because we needed the bed asap. As usual this was a sales tactic to get us to buy there and then. Rang the shop after one week to make sure all was in order for the two week delivery, was told it will be should be out that Friday and will receive a phone call to arrange a time. Of course we got no phone call so we rang again and were told unfortunately wouldn't be out until the following week, bare in mind that is going into waiting 3 weeks for delivery and we would receive a call back from a Manager to explain why. Never recieved a call back until another week later and were told that bed would be delivered that Friday, 4 weeks in total waiting for the bed absolutely ridiculous. Be aware they are getting the sale by telling you one thing but unfortunately you cant believe a word they say. There loss in my view, just bought a new house and had planned to buy absolutely everything with them in terms of all new beds mattresses and all new furniture etc but will not be going back

Not the best, all about marketing. Finally got my money back after 12 week.

Took 3 weeks to get the bed as they forgot, when bed was finally delivered, they forgot the headboard, when that was finally delivered it was torn,the 2nd headboard is such bad quality I will have to drill holes for it to be stable. So in actuality it took 5 weeks to get the whole bed, will not buy from there again.

We just spent 1,500 on a mattress that has to go in the garbage . Lumpy and awful . We called to see if we could do an exchange , answer was no . The guy at the store said lots of people who bought this mattress , which he pushed on us, didn’t like it. They felt profile was too high and feels unstable . We agree with that. He recommended sawing the legs off the base to reduce the height of the mattress. Do not shop here, it is a terrible store.

I won't be going back there. Mattress ordered for delivery following Friday. No delivery, when I rang they said it was out for delivery on the Thursday but couldn't explain why it wasn't delivered.
On the day they did delivery, they walked half way up the stairs and dropped it over the banisters and left it on the landing. They had to walk into the room to collect the old one anyway!
There was also the incident of the faulty chair left on the showroom floor which resulted in bruising on my arm and leg. Definitely won't be going back.

2 lads came with the mattress, but everything came to a halt at the base of the stairs. I heard them saying it wouldn't fit up the stairs, and both seemed to agree it was "mission impossible". I told them that it was possible as same size mattresses had previously been brought up without incident. I had in fact brought the old mattress (same size) down the stairs myself earlier, putting it outside when they arrived. Suddenly, it was possible, and I was told none too politely to remove ornaments on the window sill. I removed everything they asked. While they were bringing it up the stairs the dark haired "gent" was complaining about me to his colleague saying he had told me to move everything out of the way, referring to a small window sill further down the stairs. When the mattress made it up, his colleague admitted it was possible but "only just". This all took 5 - 7 minutes, half of which was spent determining that this was a supposedly impossible task and then ordering the removal of obstacles.
There was an aggressive undertone from start to finish, and I'm sorry I had any dealings with this crowd; A mistake I won't be repeating! From other reviews I see they have multiple issues from sales to customer complaints and deliveries. It should be possible to deliver a mattress without hassling the customer. I'd give zero stars if it were available, as I'm sure would many others

Bed arrived today and I can't praise the delivery guys enough for the care they took not to damage the hall and stairway bringing the new bed in and removal of old plus they took the old very large and heavy headboard..thanks lads..so happy with my new bed and matress..i recommend Matress mick

I could write a few pages on my experience with this company. Sales people are rude and borderline inappropriate. Firstly- shout out to Sue and Diane in the delivery section- they are an absolute pleasure- and Martin who delivered and picked up the faulty mattresses twice, such a gent, and so helpful. My problem was with Gary in sales. Bought a bed (€700 with bundle) the mattress was not the one I picked in the shop(it felt like a mattress which was worth probably under €100-but fobbed it off as more expensive) It was extremely hard in the middle, and you could slip off the side of the bed if you sat on it(no support- and my friend did nearly slip off the bed when sat on it- which is when I decided I really need to say something to the company). Completely faulty- the delivery people agreed. Got a new one- exactly the same. This mattress was called a 'homelee 2000 pocket sprung mattress'. I can tell you that this wasn't the mattress that was delivered to me twice. When I called Gary to tell him (sales guy on Naas Road) he told me in his words 'the problem isn't the mattress- the problem is you'. I was absolutely gobsmacked- to the point in which I told him I didn't want to talk to him again. He continued to tell me it was my problem not theirs. His tone, and manner towards me was completely inappropriate. Gary is the store manager so I couldn't complain- well I did to him but he put everything back on me. Long story short- someone who knew Garys boss (explained situation to the boss) refunded the mattress (Gary also said I wouldn't get the price of the mattress because it was in a package). To make matters worse- I had to go to the store to pick up CASH from Gary (I don't know why I couldn't get a card refund- as I paid via card). Quite intimidating. He didn't say anything when I collected my money. This one sales person made the experience horrendous. If I hadn't found a connection to the store manager- I would be left with this horrendous mattress. Martin, Diane and Sue- So helpful and apologetic for how I was spoken to, Gary on the other hand- he's the boss, he doesn't care. Once the sale is done, say bye to any sort of customer service or assistance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- the prices maybe cheaper- but there's a reason for this. I have images and videos of the mattress, just incase they thought I was being awkward. Unfortunately I didn't record the conversation with Gary so there is no proof in the way he spoke to me. Anyway- The only thing I can do is write a review and advise anyone who is thinking of buying here- to go elsewhere.

Excellent to deal from start to finish - the staff in the shop were very helpful and patient and the guys that delivered the bed were just brilliant. Live in an apartment and got a super king bed but the delivery guys got it to the apartment with no issues at all. The bed itself is just amazing and a great price too. Would recommend 100%

Absolutely dreadful place to deal with (store in Ballymount Nass Road- Caffreys Furniture) placed an order over 5 weeks ago, paid over 2 thousand and the day before it was due to be delivered got a phone call to say the bed hadn’t been made and the mattress wasn’t even in stock! There was no apology, nothing just told to basically go away, staff are rude and unbothered, would avoid Mattress Mick and Caffreys furniture at all costs.

Delivery was forgotten about and I’d to call in store twice
Eventually delivered after almost 2 months
Gave them a second chance as everyone makes mistakes so Summer 2022 we needed a full bed and mattress
Guaranteed delivery within 3 weeks
Same thing happened again
Called in store twice
Received confirmation of date of delivery in writing
On said date received a call that it would not be arriving
Eventually received a full refund
Can only warn others of their poor customer service and advise against dealing with them

This Salesman Paul, would really need to listen to his Customers, and come off his high chair, Never do business again, with that attitude.

Really rude salesman in Naas Road shop . Tried to ask a few times for more information about a bed and was fobbed off and told to look online. Asked could he show us a similiar colour bed as the bed we wanted to see was online he said he's never seen the bed so didn't know what we wanted him to do. Would of thought a salesman would have an idea of the colour of fabrics that his business is selling. If that's his attitude towards sale would probably make more sense to just move to online retail as he seems to be missing the point of customer service. Won't be shopping here in future

If you want to waist your time and chase your money Mattress Mick in Dublin is the right place. Terrible costumer service.

Purchased the Homelee "Elite Chiropractor Approved" mattress from them. It doesn't do justice to it's name. Woke up with lower back and neck pain from day one. Legs numb after a couple of days using it. Need physiotherapy to get back on my feet. Cannot recommend this company.

We just moved into our new home and purchased all our beds from Mattess Mike. These guys are just great, top class customer service .Noel was fantastic, I was unsure of what colours or bed type to go for, he went through all the styles and designs and made it so much easier to decide.

The beds and mattresses are just fantastic, never had a better night's sleep.

I would highly recommend Matress Mike . They care about their customers

Great customer service. I ordered a particular king size mattress at short notice which it ended up would take more time than we had, to come into stock. Mick phoned, sorted out another one for us and made sure it was delivered to our house in time for our move in. Highly recommend the company and the mattresses too!
