Brilliant service put in the request for collection quite late and due to a system glitch collection was arranged for next day even though they didn't have to they still held to my booking and managed to squeeze in collection of my old mattress will definitely use this service again in the future if I need a mattress collecting

Good service
Despite asking for a time collection ie am/pm this was ignored but did get an answer to other question regarding collection from inside. Mattress left outside in plastic bag overnight as told to keep dry. On collection driver did not want to take bag but did after a little persuasion. Drive polite and courteous.

Sorry to read you weren't entirely happy with us. I've found your email asking for an approximate collection time but can't understand why we didn't answer. Generally we aim to collect between 8.30am and 1.00pm but the schedule is determined on the day when we know exactly what collections there are to make.

Booked our mattress recycling collection online picking a day that suited us and at a price that was extremely reasonable.
Collection was as requested in a van clearly marked with the company details. Service was friendly and professional and we are happy that we avoided contributing to unnecessary landfill.

I needed a trip to the tip or council recycling centre but on more investigation into recycling used mattress s and weighing up the pro s ( recycle instead of land fill ) and cons ( cost and do they do what they say they do ) I am Pleased to say Yes they do , old mattress picked up take away no fuss on the date and time slot Thank You
