I am very impressed with the service and efficiency of Mattress Recycling Service, as well as thinking it’s a excellent idea. My request for collection was answered promptly and communication with the firm was excellent, they arrived on time and could not have been more helpful and considerate. Excellent service from start to finish, a great way to recycle your mattress at a great price. Why send our unwanted items to landfill when they can be recycled and components used again. Spotted the van driving through Derby and so glad I did. Highly recommend Mike and team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to others. Top class service!!!

Thank you for your kind remarks, I've passed them on to Paul who collected from you. Yes, we're hoping more people use us too (I'd like Derby Council to use us and stop landfilling but it's very difficult to communicate with them).
Critique
At booking, a time slot of arrival can be selected which is really good. They arrived on time but did not confirm the time of arrival by email nor did they respond to an email requesting confirmation of time of arrival. Overall though splendid service.

Hi Hardeep, we're sorry if you feel you were let down by our level of communication but pleased you're happy with the service provided. The reason we failed to acknowledge the booking was because you made it on a bank holiday when we weren't actually open. We had a really busy schedule the day after the bank holiday and it was very difficult to make time to respond to emails until later that day, by which time we'd already made your collection. Again, sorry you feel we let you down.
Mattress Removal
I was looking for the removal of a double mattress last minute due to a house move. The council wanted 3 months plus notice. I arranged the collection in a matter of seconds on the website and had plenty of correspondence with Mike, the service was cheap too. Great job guys well done.
