I relocated from the US back to Germany in 2020. I have been able to continue working with my US employer through a Mauve Group subsidiary as my employer of record for almost 2 years now. All questions were answered very promptly, payment was received on time. The regular check ins by Mauve Group representatives were are a helpful bonus. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it was not always intuitive to determine for which items to reach out to my employer of record, and for which to contact Mauve Group directly. However, this has not caused any delays in addressing my questions.
