Damaged rim
I had 4 loose tires mounted on 4 brand new rims and 1 rim was damaged. I was told they didn't do it. The rims were never mounted before this and they said it looked like a curb hit. I understand people say this but this was not the case. It's not the cost of the rim because they were cheep in my mind, 180.00 a piece is not expensive. It's the point that they didn't believe me and take responsibility for their actions. It makes no sense for me to bring 4 new wheels and have tires mounted then claim they damaged 1 to get a "free" rim. What do I want with a damaged rim. My time is worth more than the hassle dealing with this. I'm done with Mavis!!!
