The nice thing is that you can view the guitars in the online store with photos of the actual guitars. I had bought a Gibson SG that had a small defect on the fretboard. The exchange for another SG without defects was quick and easy. Quint, with whom the email communication was very friendly and goal-oriented, personally checked this SG, a service that large online shops cannot offer. I would buy from Max Guitar again anytime!

Bought a guitar from them online, before I ordered the customer service team took care of all of my concerns and also afterwards, asked for a specific set up which they found a way to help me with, the guitar came well protected and they even have an extra instrument insurance if you'd like to add.

The best guitar store in Europe, love everything about it!!! Beautiful choice from budget to high-end guitars. Bought my Martin HD-28 there, just brought it in for the setup - I had a sense that I was the only one they waited for. Coffee, great chitchat with the friendliest staff ever, and off course a traditional tour through the new stock of well selected guitars. Before I knew it, my Martin was beautifully set for another gig… If you look for a “guitar Mecca” - that’s definitely IT!!! Thank you guys and see you again and again!!!

Excellent Support. I was looking for an additional guitar. As a relative new-be acoustic player you watch tons of you-tube video's visit all the web-pages of the potential candidates. But you really need the touch, feel and unfiltered sound. So, visited Max Guitar three times. Looking tasting and traying to reduce the numbers on your wish list. As said before being a new-be you lack to experience to play different style good enough to really hear the fine difference between brands and models. You also like to hear what the guitar sound like when used when well played ;-) At Max Guitar I was excellently help in a way that various model where played to me in different styles. Ordered a Boss DD-200 delay that was out of stock. Due to external circumstances I had to wait for a while but was well informed by the people of MG. Excellent product and friendly people at MG.

The guitar was ordered in advance and it took a while to come, but none of it was Max Guitar's fault. During that time, Robbert was always very responsive, available and managed my expectations well .
The guitar arrived and was shipped within the estimated time period.

I bought an Gibson acoustic that was an high end so I was a bit norvous to buy online. I did not have to be because everything was perfect. The guitar came both as promised and the setup was perfect. I have bought from others in the past and I have always had to have setup on the guitars but not this time. Very happy.
