Not Impressed
The fact that my order was accepted and then a few days later advising that part of my order was no longer available - very disappointing, not impressed. Once an order has been accepted and paid for it is unreasonable to then turn around and say part of it is no longer available.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star as cannot move to review without. Prices on the shelves are always lower than when you get to the till. Seems they are really hoping you cannot add up your bill. Contact form useless, as they do not get back to you. Email address sends you back to the said useless contact form. Rip people off at the till. simple. disappointing.

Up until today I have always been able…
Up until today I have always been able to use my bus pass as proof that I am over 60. Today however I was told that a bus pass is not a suitable form of ID and therefore I wasn't given a 10 per cent discount.
The lady on the til said the OAP discount is a matter of common sense!!
I agreed and said surely she can see that I'm over 60 and why would I have a bus pass if I wasn't over 66??
Very annoying to offer the discount then refuse to honour it.

Not ultra bright as described…disappointed!
The fairy lights were described as ultra bright but they’re just normal fairy lights. I spent ages searching online for a suitable replacement to match current very bright lights we have on a stag Xmas decoration. But they don’t and look awful.
