I ordered 4 mugs over Christmas, in the delivery 2 were smashed. A month later I phoned up, the lady on the phone was very polite and professional and immediately sent me new mugs free of charge.

Got in contact with customer service about a bad experience i had they replied asking for more information which I've gave. That was a few weeks ago and they haven't been responding to any of my messages. I have a calendar every year but will not be doing that again. Very very poor customer service

After two digital complaints and still waiting for response
It's my 25 th wedding anniversary. Gave them a VHS on 10jan they said 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I visited them every single day. It's on route, I will Escalate was all I heard for the past 5days. They do not have the VHS their party number
It was a lie I was told daily. I am away and will not have a glimpse of the original or the USB trf. The staff in TESCO Slough are cold hearted when it comes to this. If you want photo that's all they are capable of.
I don't have my original it's end of 3rd week. Their delivery date or commitment date keeps changing.
It upsetting. I was not allowed to be anxious bcz it was not their concern that's what I was told... Simply wait. That's what the staff would do if they were in my shoe... They have no clue where the original wedding cassette is,but they ask me to wait.

Had went for a passport photo at a photo booth (self photo booth) , picture didn't quite come out clear, called for a refund and the process from dialing the number to placing a refund was in under 5 minutes, no complications or wait times, simple and efficient, great customer service!, however do check the photo panel as my location had a dirty on a glass infront of the camera.

Taylor the assistant was so pleasant, helpful and brilliant at her job
She went above and beyond with her personal customer service and I honestly can’t praise her enough
The shop was busy , but she kept calm and managed to serve everyone with ease and efficiency

Absolutely shocking service and customer service just as bad!!!
Ordered canvas for my partners 50th birthday, online, collected in store what a joke it had damage all over it and sales assistant obviously knew as refused to open it in store and said no facilities to have room to open it so got home it was disgustingly damaged so rang store immediately she was so rude unhelpful told me contact head office nothing she could do so I did that online and they arranged an exchange. Collected exchange and what a joke the girl had edited my photos for collage made it look like deformed cartoon characters I was furious but she couldn’t do exchange as had to go through customer service and she had no telephone number to ring apparently which I find bizarre!!!! So by time had third one the birthday had been and gone and surprise ruined totally. All head office said was would you like a partial refund!!!!!!!!!!!!
Three journeys to store and wasted time, ruined 50th birthday present and partial refund ?!?!?!?!?
I’m still to hear back two weeks on and no reply from yourselves. STAY CLEAR SHAMBLES

I just turned up at the shop in Birchwood shopping centre with my old passport and my debit card. All I had to do was sit down for my photo to be taken and Alison (who was great) took care of everything else. I was in and out of the shop all done in no time. Would definitely recommend. Crooks. Simple as.
Went in store to get passport photos taken for my son. The passport office refused them. Customer service washed their hands and said only the store could refund. Went to the store, store refused to refund without the original photos, which I was not told to take.
Challenged head office again, only to be ghosted, because it's inconvenient to own up to their failings.
Poor, poor, poor. Refusing to refund £12.50 has now earned them this one-star review.

Firstly I received my scans over a week late due to an error in the store and when I received the files they were completely unusable at the provided resolution (<100kb) which was not disclosed at the point of purchase.
It also appears some of the negatives had been mishandled which means some of the pictures from the week I got engaged may have been permanently damaged.
When I reported this to Caroline she did not seem to care, wasn't able to provide a support email and just told me to contact the store. She then gave them false information about our email communication, told them explicitly not to give me a refund and refused to escalate the issue.

I was in the North Shields branch today and served by the branch manager Caitlin. She was brilliant, really helpful and polite and we had a good conversation whilst I was waiting and she was preparing my photos. Multiple customers came through the door whilst I was there and she was friendly and polite to every single one. Caitlin is an asset to your company and I will definitely go back when I need more photos.

I had a recommend to use your company for passports.
Myself and my husband went into your business in Cosham high street, PO6.
It was busy when we arrived & before you knew it there were half a dozen or more customers waiting.
Your assistant Nicola was amazing, taking it all in her stride & multitasking with ease.
She assisted with our passports, which we should have within less than a week!

Caitlin Green, customer support advisor, turned around an awkward moment. I ordered two photos and frames online and collected from a Tesco outlet. Once looked at properly, it was clear that the frames were unsuitable for the photos with parts of people missing! Returned to Tesco outlet only to find they wouldn’t take them back.
A brief exchange of emails with Caitlin resolved the issue completely.

Sell your data, I’ve not inputted my email into anything for weeks and then I had to use a Mac Spielmann Photo Booth. I put my email into to get my digital photo and now I’m being spammed every minute scam emails
