What I wanted, but a much better price

So far so good unboxed started ok have not did actual cutting. Don't know how all this plastic parts will hold up, looks flimsy . I had the cast aluminum deck and was more than satisfied, but started smoking and fowling plugs 21 years hope i get lucky this time. Love Honda engines

From ordering to shipping and delivery was Amazing! I received my lawn more so fast and Fed Ex was Fantastic too! Backed right up to my garage door! OEM Replacement Part-Drill Charger
My Black + Decker cordless drill needed charging and my charger was nowhere to be found. I was re-roofing patio and wanted to be done before it rained. Online I found a variety of chargers, some costing almost as much as the drill. I purchased OEM from Max Tool and choose standard shipping.
SURPRISE! It arrived way ahead of schedule. Roof complete. I know where my charger is.

Batteries "out of stock", restocking charge for mower
I bought the mower on the Max Tool internet site on Saturday. Then when I looked on site to buy the battery, it said "out of stock." So I called Max Tool but no answer on Sat. So I immediately sent an email asking to cancel the order bec battery was "out of stock." I called again Monday morning, but item had already direct shipped from factory. I have to pay to ship it back AND Max Tool wants a restocking charge. Bad customer service and bad product availability.
