What a load of junk !! Wish I had read these reviews before it will not connect to our phones wasted three days trying to get this piece of crap working, DON'T BUY IT !! Wowcher are Joke selling such rubbish.
Put me off of Wowcher forever now.

Absolute rubbish. Waste of time and money.

I realised this was a copy & not the real McCoy, when I redeemed the wowcher code. Wowcher pursued Maxwe to cancel order & they reply with an email that doesn't address the issue of cancellation. You will not be able to cancel however hard you try. They will still send the item. It does say on their email they will refund postage on returns up to £4. They do not, they send the same email again, always from the same name. 3 letters begins with L.
I would attach a screenshot if I could of the email you will receive, but trustpilot doesn't have the facility. So I will give my order number , to show it's a genuine review. Order no 37118176 through wowcher.

Utter scam and wowcher are a disgrace too!! Utter load of junk made in China. Might as well chuck your money down the toilet. Wowcher. Hold your heads in shame, selling this Maxwe junk!!

Absolutely horrific. The service of Maxwe and wowcher is appalling, no help whatsoever. I bought 2 x dash cams, 1 came, the other didn’t. 3 weeks on, I’m still trying to get in touch with them.. AVOID!!!

If it was possible, Maxwe deserve minus zero rating. I bought a DASH CAM WITH 32 GB: A three lens car dash camera from Maxwe via Wowcher with a retail price of £139.99 but got a discount and bought it for £29.99. The truth of the matter is that the camera should be worth £5 as it is utter rubbish. The front camera quality is extremely poor beyond what words can explain, and the rear view video quality is even worse. The video is blurred and utter gabbage. Installation quide is in chinese which just add more insult to the already poor camera quality. Please do not buy this camera as it is utter rubbish. Avoid Maxwe. A word is enough for the wise!

Tried to get a refund, no reply from wowcher or maxwe. Con.

Bought an xsh video doorbell lasted less than a month and then stopped working. Emails maxwe twice for a refund and still not heard anything. Stay away from this useless item it is a waste of money.

Cheap flimsy construction
Security screw chewed by key provided.
Impossible to remove screw with Allen key.
Had to drill out to access batteries.
Not best purchase I have made.

Not as good as it looks far too late to return

I purchased this product from wowcher. Its not working because the reset button is not working, I am unable to connect to the WiFi and cannot sync into the app. It is a complete waste of my money. I cannot return it and wowcher are not taking any responsibility about it either. No one should buy this product it's a piece of rubbish.

A con, cannot contact them and they send products that don't worker. Purchased with Woucher who also do not respond to any request for a refund .

Avoid this company.

Bought this item off a woucher deal which lead me to believe from the advertisement that it retails at £89.99, then tonight I see it is advertised at £25.99 on Amazon and a similar price on other web sites. I paid £29.99 plus extra for postage for a product that does zilch. It only works occasionally, most of the time won't even connect to your phone at all. Totally useless and a total waste of money, avoid at all cost! Grr...

Keep clear customer service does not reply to emails not the best way to treat customers
Spend your money elsewhere Wowcher are just as bad I have been trying for 4days to get a refund but both companies don’t reply to emails stay well clear off both scamming ##st#### and thieves I hope they enjoy my money

purchased a wifi doorbell via Wowcher the quality was poor returned for refund via Wowcher,was not at all an easy or straight forward thing to do. I did use recorded delivery glad i did as i needed to then prove i had infact returned the item. But still had to chase up Wowcher to get a payment refund which they did not want to give said i could use the credit to make another purchase.only refunded when i said i would get Trading Standards and Paypal involed. I would not recommend Maxwe or Wowcher.

I bought a dash cam and it broke after a couple of days so I returned the product and asked for a replacement or my money back. I have not recieved either and i have emailed them twice and recieved no reply. Poor service avoid at all cost.

Ordered a dashcam in March and used it once before the charger part snapped. Got in touch with them straight away and had an automated reply making up the covid excuse so I left it a few months and still no reply so emailed again in July and still have no response! Stay away!

So I mean other than the fact I’ve had to buy rechargeable batteries which cost around £8 on eBay it’s great for android phones and works and calls your phone as states but when you try and connect it to an iPhone it connects but doesn’t notify or call and you can’t set that up either which is strange it’s extremely sensitive and alerts you all the time but otherwise it’s an okay buy

I stupidly bought this on Wowcher without reading reviews as the clock was counting down. This deal is repeated all the time.
The doorbell arrived without batteries as I knew it would. Again what I hadn't realised is the batteries are nigh on impossible to find and really expensive.
Installed them and the doorbell does notify my phone, but only if the not on silent (I can't find a way round this for one app). Really bad for lagging despite me buying an extending cable and moving the router.
Despite being in a covered area every wisp of wind sets it off.
It's absolutely hopeless, certainly without the 'ding dong' as they call it.
Do yourself a favour and splash out on something else. Think you're saving money, you're not.
Trust me, I'm as annoyed with myself as Wowcher and maxwe

I bought a doorbell and it won't connect to my phone. Want to return it but trying to get in touch with them is like getting blood from a stone. All I want to do is return it for a refund
