Unable to rate 0 stars or I would have. I tried to cancel my order for 2 security doorbells. I emailed Wowcher and to be fair they have responded by giving me the Maxwe support email address. Unfortunately Maxwe have ignored any email communication. I received one security doorbell extremely quickly and was refunded for the other. No email from Maxwe regarding this action. I have tried to get an address to return the unwanted single security doorbell but all emails ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Any company that cannot or refuse to communicate with their customers should not have any customers. This is not fair trading. AVOID, AVOID AVOID at all costs.

Do not buy fro. Maxwell I ordered a door bell to use as security with my mobile but when it came you needed other things like sd card batteries and battery charger to make the dam thing work thus making it more expensive it dos'nt say you need anything else on the eowcher website it says minutes to install so you think you're getting all uou need in the box can't get my money back they won't answer my email

Same as most on here got this 3 months ago doesn't work ... spent a fortune on the batteries still doesn't work. Been trying to return for a refund for 3 months... you email customer services and no one responds. Scammers spring to mind.
Please do not throw your money away stay clear of this product and company

Absolute rubbish, took ages to arrive and doesnt work. Now I cant get a refund for a defective product after 3 months of trying ! Dont waste your money.

I can't give NO stars on Trustpilot, thats the only reason they get 1 star - garbage.

Do not order from this company they are a scam I ordered a wifi doorbell and it didnt work and over a month later I'm still waiting for a refund they are a disgrace

Having purchased a Maxwe Security Doorbell, from Wowcher, for security after my husband passed away. WhenI received the item it was not quite what i expected,and i requested a return code which I returned the following day to Maxwe in Peterborough at my own expense,This has now 2 months. I send them emails every week and no one has responded to this day. I did contact Wowcher for support, but there was none from them.
This company head office is in CHINA. there isno customer service here in the UK. SCAM SCAM SCAM

i ordered a dash cam which arrived but its not suitable as it does not have a USB plug. I have requested a label to return and a refund. This company does not answer their emails and there is no phone number on their website.

DO NOT GO NEAR. they do not prove the item you require and then totally ignore any contact that you make with them. Will now have to shop elsewhere at extra cost to get what I want

Got a doorbell today & I expected it not to work after reading the reviews.

I had bought a MAXWE video doorbell from Wowcher before reading the reviews about this product. Less than 10 minutes after placing the order, I immediately emailed both Wowcher and Maxwe to cancel my order as expected from scammers, they ignored my emails and sent me the useless doorbell.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY ANY MAXWE PRODUCT.
They are just ripping us off our pounds. This is cruelty at its highest level.

I bought an iPad holder to help with conference calls but the flexible support could not support the iPad!! Useless product

I ordered a front and rear dash cam for £34.99. The item that arrived was a cheap £9.99 front only cam and the memory card I recieved with it was full.
I emailed the company many times for a refund and I have had no reply off them.
They a fraudsters!
I thought getting something through wowcher would of been fine but I was wrong.
I informed wowcher of this and they couldn't care less .

MAXWE ARE THIEVES! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Having purchased an item via the living social website, the item received was faulty. I was told to deal with the 3rd party supplier Maxwe.net and returned the item at my cost, 3 weeks ago. A proof of delivery (return) was supplied and despite ongoing emails requesting the credit, no response has been received let alone a credit.

I have e mailed this company four times to chase an order through Wowcher with no response at all. Wowcher arent much better as you are only allowed to talk to them though live chat. Very frustrating. Avoid both companies at all cost.

Didn’t receive what I ordered contacted there customer service who don’t seem interested in your complaint they replied a couple of times but still not getting anywhere with them my advice stay well clear and go with a better compo

Bought the Next Generation HD WiFi security doorbell from Maxwe (was £169.90 now £39) via Wowcher and it is a complete waste of money. Doesn't work. I think it is a problem with the app not the actual kit but it does not work even when you have your phone right beside the doorbell. Do not buy.

Terrible. I ordered 2 front and rear dash cams but when they eventually turned up they had only sent the front cams. When I enquired where the rear cameras were I was given the response doesn’t come with rear camera, I waited and chased for a month for that response to which I supplied a photo of the advert showing both cameras. They no longer reply. Stay away from this company!

Video doorbell - daughter bought one - I bought one - both totally useless. They do not work. Maxwe customer service non existent !

I agree with all the previous rubbish reviews, if there was a zero or minus score available I would have marked accordingly

Ordered a dash cam 3 weeks ago kept an eye on tracking basically the dash cam hasn’t turned up yet the courier claims to have delivered it I’m fuming 😤 was Christmas present please avoid this company I bought dash cam via Wowcher never again
