I am on my sailboat traveling from Florida to Antigua. I have been using a Maya Caribbean eSIM during this trip and have had seamless data throughout. Maya remind you when your eSIM
Is running low so that you can top up. If you have a problem, Maya customer service is contactable by email - they are polite, responsive, helpful and efficient. It is great value for money, it works and I am happy.

eSIM worked perfectly, connected straight away. It was such a nice hassle free experience being able to use data immediately for taxis etc. Took all the stress away. Greatly recommended!

Bought a 6 month sim for France as my son is working there,worked great for 4 months then the SIM card packed up! no response to get it sorted! AVOID!!

Bought a Maya Mobile esim for my recent overseas trip. It could not be installed on my phone despite a couple of assistant emails. Could not use any of the data I paid for. Was offered a refund that I am yet to see. My phone is a recent Samsung model but is not compatible with an esim. This should have been screened before purchase.
Have contacted the company since I returned home.

I give it 4 stars only because sometimes the internet doesn’t work as you think, but if you have any problems or something you have their support at the minimum and so fast, so that like a customer I appreciate it a lot

Been a loyal customer to Maya Mobile for several years now. My wife is travelling in Europe and I went ahead and got the Europe+ unlimited plan. When she got there, it didn't work. Turns out the plan didn't include that particular destination. Reached out to Maya, got a prompt response, and received a full refund. Maya Mobile truly values loyalty.

Very easy to install the e-sim. We had no issues using our data in Georgia . Would absolutely do it again, if needed.

You have no idea what I put these people thru when I couldn't get my esim to work. Excellent Customer Service makes all the difference in the world. They lead me thru trouble shooting like I was an idiot which at times I felt like. Im not tech savvy but I'm not stupid either. Special thanks Sarah F.
