I used an e-sim for the first time while visiting a different country. It was a very positive experience as the customer service was reachable without waiting times and they were so helpful at all times. I am quite satisfied with the service. Thank you Diana for your quick returns to the emails x

I purchased the LATAM package (50 GB for 3 months) from Maya Mobile to have internet access throughout my travels in Central and South America.

In Costa Rica, everything worked perfectly. However, after crossing the border into Panama, the service stopped working. Customer support responded quickly and provided instructions, but my settings were already correct and the issue persisted. Since I urgently needed internet for important communication, I had to purchase an additional package from another provider.

The same issue occurred in Bolivia: the network showed signal, but the connection did not work. I contacted support again. Despite their quick responses, I still had to buy another data package to remain reachable. Only after my plan was reset did it start working again. For Bolivia, an additional data package had to be set up. In Chile, the newly configured package worked again.

Conclusion: Customer service is fast and helpful (5/5). However, the LATAM package itself was not worth it for me at all - it was expensive and did not work in 2 out of 4 countries, resulting in additional costs.

I was a new customer trying out Maya Mobile for the internet. The service never worked.

1st time i have had an eSim. I was recommend to have Maya Mobile eSim by my children. Very easy to purchase and install and worked as soon as I landed. I purchased the Global sim for £29 and used it in Qatar Vietnam Cambodia and Thailand. When I arrived in each country I just had to turn wifi on and off to reset but no problem at all. We definitely it each time I travel outside Europe

eSIM from Maya Mobile was 10 out of 10 for value and performance while I travel throughout Central America including Guatemala and Costa Rica. Download was simple and performance was flawless. Price was highly competitive, better than most. I would definitely purchase again when traveling in Central America.
