Quick easy service, nice variety of products, they work well with my short-term rental properties and my guests are happy to have this supplied to them during their stay. Mayfair Hotel Supply has quality products, quick ship and reliable service.

I place in order back in August never received a confirmation order. I call a month later and they had cancel my order with out my knowledge and no refund was done.

Excellent quality, shipping took a little longer than expected, but overall product was excellent.

My order is Still not here, but I placed it in July. I called to ask about it and was told I’d get a call back to let me know where my order is. That was 5 days ago. I know things are tough right now, but some communication would be nice.

I ordered a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash of the same brand. one was out of stock. so instead of contacting me (would have ordered something else so that they matched) they just didn't tell me and sent the two.

Never received the products. Company will not return my calls. Apparently a scam corporation. Will now try to get my American Express to get my money back.

I am sorry I hate to make people a bad review but unfortunately you guys deserve it the worst one.
I have done order wrong bar soap,Im not able to return because they charge me stocks fee plus if I'm not wrong 25% percent plus they don't be responsible for the item you send back.ridiculous🤷‍♀️

They are selling items they don't even have, and allow you to pay for the items, they tell you they are being shipped, and then when they don't arrive they say sorry, they no longer have those items. We ordered and paid for shampoo and matching conditioner for our lodgings. When only a box of conditioner showed up (without the matching shampoo), we called, to be told their shampoo is out of stock and won't be back in stock. They said we could return the conditioner, but we had already paid for shipping it to us, and would have to pay to ship it back. At that rate, we would lose too much money. So now we are stuck with a large box of conditioner we can't use. I've been searching for the matching shampoo on ebay, but none of this should have happened. They were rude when I called. We are a non-profit with a small budget and they really screwed things up for us. They shouldn't be selling items they do not have. BUYER BEWARE!

I have been very pleased with my experience with Mayfair. I started an Airbnb business this summer. I used the site to get luggage racks and toiletries. The same brand you would find in a luxury hotel are available on the website.

Sheets are at the quality that is promised and more affordable for bulk quantities. Shipping was fast. I had read the previous reviews about vague shipping times but mine arrived in a week. No issues with this company!

Item purchased over a month ago and still not here.. My card has been charged though. No help from support

Our regular supplier was out of stock on the 50 LB bags of oxalic acid, our order was delivered quickly. Big thanks!

They said my hotel brand doesn’t qualify to purchase but have yet to refund my order a month later!!!
They refunded my transcation after this post.

I love the blankets that i ordered would highly recommend this place.

We stayed in a large clean room with a King bed. Desk was very helpful and the morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. Will stay here again when next in Des Moines.
