Good quality windows and great job by Nick on the installation.
Unfortunately it took over a week to complete the job when we were initially told that a team of three fitters would have come and get it done in two days.
At the end of the installation, I realised they completely missed the cat flap. When I called the office telling them that my pet was stuck outside in the snow, the lady on the phone said “ You will have to wait now”. I don’t think this is the way to do customer service.

However, we are very happy with the final result and we recommend

Mayfair Installations gave an excellent service all round. The quotation for new patio doors was quickly provided and the price was very competitive. The installation took place with minimum delay and the work was completed within a few hours. A very neat job indeed, with everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, good prices and lovely fitting. Would happily recommend over and over again.

Very competitive prices but you don’t get the service or the product you’re shown on the sales pitch.

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with the company , starting with no one showing up on the date it was planned in for. And no contact until I contacted them. Wasting annual leave.

The builders we had first were okay , not very punctual but polite and professional none the less and I would recommend that company separate.

The fitters we had, again were okay. Only snag was the 2nd team ripping the existing window out before making sure the one that was previously ordered wrong was correct 2nd time around , shock. It wasn’t.

This left a massive gap in our bedroom while we had to wait for a new one and a date that worked for us. As a 3 day install at this point had taken over 3 months.

Most windows were measured poorly and fitment was shocking.

The team tried to persuade me to keep the window that was aprox 3inches too small in with an additional “extension seal added “ at the front of the property that looked shocking.

2nd bedroom at the front also had a incorrect window but the 1st team left in situ while waiting for a correct size one to be ordered. As they measured each to each before change.

Bathroom window glass was damaged (small scratch) on install , this was changed promptly.

Porch window was scratch damaged but left.

The other three windows went in smoothly with no current issues. Other than all the air vents are loose and not been secured.

Patio doors are okay , not much of an improvement to what we had , handle assembly seems very cheap and wobbly.

Thermal camera shows massive heat loss around frames of windows.

Have been left with silicone and screws dotted all around.

The windows themselves are nothing like the demo we had been shown. The trims are rough cut and messy.

Luckily we haven’t had the horrors some over customers have had with damp etc.

Over all if you’re nut fussed about to much and have plenty of time on your hands they get the job done. And they did discount out install as I declined to go a head due to being after quoted for works that was not pointed out initially.

I am very pleased with the product. The installers, Ryan and Cameron, worked very efficiently and took great pride in their work. They were quiet, helpful, extremely polite and tidied up really well when the job was finished.

The installation went smoothly and Ryan and Cameron were very efficient with the job.

The entire process could not have gone any better from my initial enquiry the office staff had excellent communications skills kept me informed every step of the way. Dave the salesperson who explained all i needed to know in an efficient manner.

They were very polite very knowledgeable and very efficient leaving my property in a clean and tidy condition.

Excellent quality windows and door fitted . The job was completed efficiently and with minimum disruption to internal and external plastering. The windows are so energy efficient and a vast improvement to the property. The company are considerate and professional taking time to design the perfect project for the customer. We had a few settling issues where slight adjustments were made to hinges eg. The team resolved the issue within 2 days of contacting them and we are very impressed with their service.

The windows are good quality just a shame the fitters don’t tidy up after themselves properly and had to be asked to finish off things that they had left unfinished. Also they fitted a catflap which was unsuitable for a pvc door and of lower quality than the one that we previously owned. I am still waiting a week later for a new one to be fitted by them

I had all my windows and front and back doors replaced a fortnight ago. Kevin and Jamie were the installers and carried out a very professional job in a most efficient and friendly manner. I'd recommend Mayfair Installations to my family and friends.

We have had our windows fitted by Mayfair installation company and we are very happy with their overall work and the whole process of it. There were few things that needed improvement and were swiftly done to meet our expectations.

A great firm and great staff. From Raul who gave us the quote to Nick the fitter who worked tirelessly on his own and completed the job on time and to an amazing standard.

Very nice fitters always on time and they did a great job, the windows look lovely.

This week had several windows and one back door with cat flap installed. The fitters arrived on time each day - laid down dust sheets in the areas they worked. Cleaned up everyday always polite and hard working.
Very happy with the work and product. Unfortunately the only thing that tainted this experience was the admin. was emailed with a different date of installation then on contacting them the day before was told my actual installation day was in November. Then on Thursday was asked if I could accommodate 1 week earlier - which I could. k

Dan was very informative and professional everything was explained fully.

Ryan excell from Mayfair installations constructed our new conservatory and did a fantastic job. He was friendly and very hard working. I would recommend him to everyone. He left the area nice and clean.

Very happy with the windows and the price.

There were some issues with scratches but they were resolved without fuss.
