Arrived and got me up and running within 24 hours of calling them! Would recommend far and wide!

We had a very ancient central heating system that had started leaking water. Mayfair were able to send someone out to us at our earliest available time and he very quickly solved the problem and guided us through how to get it resolved. Essentially we needed a whole new system. Huge thanks to James Purser, and the other James who's surname I didnt catch. They managed to get a huge amount of work done with minimal disruption and in a good timescale. They were great despite our noisy dog and our ever questioning five year old! Left the place tidy and explained everything through with us. Highly recommended and will definitely go back if we need anything further doing.

Polite and helpful. The company were very adaptable in arranging an appointment that worked for me. I was kept informed about arrival time The safety certificate arrived promptly, almost before the plumber left.

George the boiler man is great. Recently had a boiler service and thank god I did as he found my boiler was dangerous. Condemned it and fitted a Brand new boiler the following day. I am absolutely thrilled with george and Mayfair plumbers . Thanks again

Super Kevin completed the job effectively & efficiently. Went above & beyond expectations was given great advice on my newly fitted boiler & radiators which was poorly fitted by British Gas . I would highly recommend this company for a competent service. Can’t thank them enough 5*

I received a call back almost instantly after my enquiry. The service was very good and Ricki our plumber attended the same day. We felt like we were in great hands throughout and would definitely use again.

Please be very careful using this company I arranged for one of their engineers who was actually a sub contractor they use named Kevin from another plumbing company I won't name, my tenants called saying there was a leak from the boiler and Kevin went to diagnose the issue, said I needed a new boiler and boiler controls it was far too dangerous to leave it on so isolated the boiler and left my tenants without heating, note this was last month when very cold. He then explained to me how dangerous it was and said flow and return was reversed and ready to explode putting the fear in me even though December passed gas safety tests without any issues. Kevins recommendation was to replace the boiler and controls at a cost shy under £5,000!!

I contacted gas safe and they inspected it and they said it was safe and needed spare parts as a repair was needed.

I arranged for a second engineer to attend and he ordered a manifold spares and fitted it in an hour and tested everything and PERFECT..

I will now be contacting Gas Safe regulator about this company and engineer in question as I strongly feel they are taking advantage of the vulnerability of people of their hard earned money during colder months.
This is all without correct investigation.

I will be contacting trading standards (I have already drafted a letter not sent yet) and I will not rest until I can probably save someone else from this financial loss

Called mayfair plumbers, Had water coming through the ceiling of my air bnb late at night. They were out with in an hour and had it fix. Thank you again to George.

Arrived nice and early on the day arranged. Told my drippping tap was just air and nothing they could fix when he realised hard to get to behind sink. Tried to charge me £400 for labour for another issue i had with broken sink drain and a part that cost £20. Ive since paid £120 inclusive of labour and the part and had it fixed elsewhere. Had to pay one hours labour in advance so lost 100 odd quid for being told and quoted that. Not good company i would avoid in future.

Very quick to get an appointment. Engineer called to say he was on his way. Job was done professionally with no mess made. Engineer was friendly and polite. Very good overall experience

This is a gentle reminder to Mayfair Plumbers. In case you had forgotten. You promised to send me a parts and labour invoice to show how a pump I saw online for £85.20 resulted in a final bill for £720.00 to buy and install.

I know you kept me waiting on the day, but I still didn’t think it would take this long to let me have the receipt. Perhaps your festive season was very merry (unlike mine because of my massive credit card bill), and you have forgotten, I just thought I’d remind you.

So, I had to call because they did not arrive at the specified time and no contact to let me know.

Turn up late, no apology!

The pump fitted is, Archergas Heating Standard 15-60/130. (Google it to see how much they cost).
Final bill for parts and labour, £720.00. My credit card company declined the transaction twice, because I do not usually spend that king of money. I had to confirm it was genuine. It was coming up to winter, and I was worried I would have no heating.

From the time I called Mayfair Plumbers to the time I confirmed with my credit card company that the transaction was genuine, was almost 3 hours to the minute. I cannot confirm the time they finally arrived and also, some time was spent getting the new pump. I really wish I had all that information so anyone reading this could work out for themselves what they think the breakdown for parts and labour was. Mayfair Plumbers have refused to provide the parts and labour receipt I was promised.

The new pump did not fix the problem; (Mayfair Plumbers had warned me that might be the case). Thankfully, another company fitted a new boiler for a lot less than Mayfair Plumbers had quoted me and included more extras.

I have stuck to the facts, that’s why Mayfair Plumbers have tried to find another way of getting my review removed. Do you really think Trust Pilot would allow a defamatory review on their website.

Andrew was the engineer for our plumbing job. He couldn’t have done a better job at keeping us in the loop and ensuring we were happy with his recommended next steps. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mayfair plumbers as a result.

The staff on the phone are great and very polite and helpful.
My engineer, Ricky was professional, friendly, knowledgable and got the job done in good time.
