Have sent multiple emails asking questions about the product and they never respond.

Do not go anywhere else. These guys are the real deal
I recommend them because they don't mess about like these all other companies who ask you all sorts of questions.
These ones ask important questions and you receive your item well packed.
I trust their item so far, I've got no issues and will continue to use them until I get the results I want.
