Plenty of high quality facilities
I was given given a guided tour as a prospective purchaser, I was not rushed, i was given plenty of information and all my questions were answered.It is pleasantly situated on the banks of the River Colne. There are nice grounds and the indoor facilities are excellent and of high quality. Plenty to keep the residents occupied, The accomodation is new build to the latest standards, but the two bed apartments have only one bathroom, which is unusual in a place of this quality

We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Kirsty Cherry took us around and explained everything very well. We were very impressed with her knowledge and with the Village as well. Although, not ready to move yet, but would definitely consider Mayfield as an option.

I did not like the village as i drove…
I did not like the village as i drove up as it is quite built up. The village inside has many activities that are on offer and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing and beautifully decorated. The gardens again very well maintained .the apartments are fairly roomy. However on reflection it is not for us .
