The whole complex and facilities were excellent. The Sales Consultant, Oliver Ruggles, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in a friendly way. He made our experience very enjoyable

it was a lovely place, we were interested,
however the marks and spencer voucher was not offered, it made us feel that may be indicative of future promises the company gives. so although impressed by everything, and the presentation, we are wary of further involvement

What a lovely place with a really friendly team. I was taken around this village and did not feel pressurised to buy at all.

Firstly the sales reps were extremely kind, as when they realised I was due to have a small heart procedure the following day, taxis were ordered to collect me from home and also return me home. When we sat to have a conversation about Mayfield Villages, I was treated with respect and not pushed into making a fast decision.

We met with Claire today who gave us a guided tour of Mayfield she gave us all the information we needed with a kind and warm manner . Mayfield Village is a lovely well kept safe environment with warm and friendly people living there , the flats look fabulous and Claire is a massive asset to them . Thanks for a great tour !

A wonderful morning spent being shown around Mayfield Village by Kirsty, who explained everything in great detail.
It has everything and more all under one roof.
Has definitely made us think about moving in.

It was good to see the indoor facility provided for the elder people, especially weekly shopping bus trip which is helpful for the elderly who does not drive.

The best retirement complex I viewed up to now. Great facilities friendly staff and variety of activities. The downside is the public transportation and the location when one is used to having these available on hand.
