We had a great visit to Mayfield Village. Kirsty showed us round and was friendly and very informative. We were very impressed with everything that was on offer - there is so much to do - more than we expected. The flat was of a very high standard.

Outstanding service. Very good concept. Beautiful place for retirement.
Thank you Oliver , for showing us around Mayfield Village, we were very impressed with the standard and facilities offered there. specially spa and gym. very beautiful place with lovely outdoor gardens.
Oliver did a great job showing me around. Lovely facilities. Felt like a Hotel. Cost and service charges are high. Heating of flat, the owner is not in control because heating is billed by the Property Management. Could end up selling property at a loss .Lovely place

Kirsty was lovely. She was very patient and professional. The Village set up and concept seems really good but my biggest concern is the location and easy access to public transport, shops etc.

We were invited to visit the Mayfield village Watford. Claire gave us a wonderful tour of 2 apartments, answering all of our questions. We were then invited to stay for lunch, it was Gluten Free! And it was delicious! The apartments are beautifully decorated and well laid out, I was not surprised that the services available in the building are amazing. We made the decision after the visit that we would buy an apartment soon.

We had a lovely tour with the general manager Ollie who answered all our questions

Kirsty was really knowledgeable, friendly and understood my lifestyle needs. Although I like many of the aspects of the complex, unfortunately the apartment itself was too small for my needs

Claire, our meet and greet member of the management team, was both professional and personable. Claire answered all our questions and gave us a comprehensive tour of the village without making us feel under any pressure to buy.

Angela made the "experience" great. We were very impressed with Mayfield Villages, particularly in comparison to some other retirement places we have seen. The facilities are fabulous in relation to most other such places. It's a shame that the location makes it feel a bit isolated in spite of assurances that it's only about a 20-minute walk from civilization. Maybe they'll see fit to put in a shop like a typical news agents. It's not cheap, but these things never are. I'm not yet ready to move but it's good to know about Mayfield Village. I am slightly concerned that when the new building flats are sold, which will rely on the facilities (pool, restaurant, etc) of the main building, there will be a lot more people using the restaurant, gym, pool, etc. Still, it's the best I've seen.

I really enjoyed my visit to Mayfield Village at Watford. Mr. Oliver Ruggles was very good at showing the place and explaining everything in details. He was very thorough and clear.
The place was very clean and suitable for the purpose (ie retirement place.) It was like a little community residential club. I was very much impressed.
