Moses in Mayfords is awesome! I was in a very urgent situation to find a place to stay in London and Moses managed to help me secure a great apartment that fits all my need in a short period of time. He is very responsible and friendly. I highly recommend him to all who need to rent a place in London.

Since they have taken over the management of the block of flats one can't help but notice an immediate improvement. Everything is dealt with in a timely manner and very well maintained. With the company that was managing before noone would pick up the phone and were rather rude when finally answering. None of that now. All staff are very responsive and helpful with any enquiries. Particularly Venice, who's been absolutely amazing every time I have contacted her. She handled each enquiry expeditiously, with professionalism and patience. Thank you!

Recently rented a property through Mayfords. We dealt with Moses, he was attentive and very responsive, he set up a viewing for us on the day and 1 week later we had moved in.

The experience was very positive and stress free. Highly recommend.

I find Mayfords slow to deal with problems in my rented apartment and very slow in responding to emails. I would not recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Mayfords and especially Moses. He gave us great advice on securing our rental in Islington and we were moved in within 10 days of viewing. He always called back within half an hour and was clear about what to expect at each step. I would really recommend using Mayfords for your rental properties in London.

Really impressed by the amazing deal he was able to secure for my new tenancy and he has always been very friendly and careful in every step of the process. He was very responsive to my requests, never exceeded a 1 hour delay in his sms replies, attentive to details and just making sure that everything was in place and everyone was happy ! Mayfords have managed our block of flats for many years, but in the last 2-3 years their service has got worse and worse. They avoid taking calls, refuse to answer emails and have been telling us works have been done, when clearly they haven't. If anyone is considering using them as a property management company, I would strongly advise that you find someone else...anyone else!! P.S. Only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't possible.

I had my flat rented out in no time at all thanks to Moses' excellent service. He was extremely professional and polite, totally thorough and very hands-on. Kept me updated throughout - it was never a case of me having to chase or not knowing where we were in the process. I honestly didn't think an estate agent could be this transparent and sincere! I'd been looking for a flat for a while and had resigned myself to the fact that the process was going to be complex and/or difficult. However this was absolutely not the case with Mayfords. Moses the lettings agent was a refreshing change, and he was communicative, prompt and reliable no matter what was needed to get the tenancy agreement set up and confirmed in very little time. Can highly recommend.
