Fantastic service, booked in for a B service and MOT.
They were extremely thorough in their job, whilst it cost me more in money than expected, having only had the vehicle for 9 months, they found the alloys were cracked and poorly welded, previous services not recorded, so happy to pay it and have replaced due to mileage I'm doing - Fantastic job!

Took my Mercedes slc to Nottingham Inchcape mercedes Benz for an overdue service on Saturday last. I had already checked so called specialists elsewhere and non of them could better the price of a full B service at the official dealership, being on average around £50 more money. Why would anyone not use Mercedes as the true experts and obtain a genuine service history at the highest rate, unless measured against a big saving elsewhere, which I could not find. So I took my treasured Merc to the dealership I bought it from. Outcome, well, actually better I am convinced, than the so called specialist unassociated garages. A free 19 plate Mercedes loan car ! Free fuel, My car cleaned inside and outside free, and trust me, it was sparkling ! Friendly staff, and my car parked after the service safely and not to close to other cars and potential opening doors. Not sure if this has given me rose tinted spectacles, but, my car seems to be running smoother, quicker, and I bet I find it is running cheaper on fuel too. So, I am wondering why, I bothered to try and shop around on price, because it really wasnt worth it. Is it normal, that I am actually ALMOST, looking forward to having it serviced again there ! My Mercedes was booked in for a MoT and a problem with the electric operation of the tailgate. The collection was straightforward and I was kept informed of the fault search ... Work and Customer Service is first class, thank you.

MB Serviced my CLS last week and the service was excellent from my first call to collecting the car once the service had been completed. I was kept informed at all times of the elements of my service. I cant recommend MD highly enough. Well done and thanks. It was a real pleasure. A massive thanks and well done.

i recently had my A class B service at MB Nottingham, my first time using this company and I can only say that I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. They were friendly, professional and even sorted me a vehicle out so I could go get a few tasks done while the service was completed.

Decided to go with MB Nottigham not just because of the savings but also the fact that they cared about the job and gave me alot more info than the local main dealer who knew nothing about the cars they book in

The vehicle was booked in at short notice, and was ready for collection within a few hours with all work having been carried out.

Would definitely recommend this company. Martin in the service department is a genuine, very helpful person and I can't fault the customer service. I live south of Leicester, but MB Nottingham still came and picked up and returned the car for the very reasonable price of £20. As there turned out to be more to do on the car than was anticipated, it was returned the same day without doing the MOT test (at my request), but picked up again around a week later free of charge, the MOT test done and the car returned the same day. As stated by MB Nottingham, the prices are indeed 50% or so of the cost of going to a main dealer, so I would advise anyone to do the same as me and book in next time your service is due, or indeed anytime you have any problems.
