Independent Mercedes-Benz - MB Nottingham Reviews 

Been using MB Nottingham for 8 years now, Very high mileage user so use them regularly got to know them well and trust their work. They do the work when they say they will also so I'm pleased about that.

On my first visit to MB Nottingham, I received a very friendly welcome and when I explained my problem I was amazed to be offered a date just two days hence. I subsequently chose a day the following week to my visit, on the day I was informed of progress and as parts were needed my vehicle was kept overnight. The results of the work were first class and my car has been running better than it has for some time. I will certainly use MB Nottingham again for both my wife's and my car.

We are quite impressed with the excellent service we received. The Sales Executive - Katie Start was outstanding, very helpful and truly professional. You helped us make the right choice of car to buy. We are grateful. Thanks also Nathan, Lawrence and Jo Gillman who treated us with much respect and courtesy. You guys are wonderful.

Excellent service throughout. Martin who took my service enquiry gave me price which is what I paid on picking up car. Have used them again for my MOT as before excellent service picked up car and delivered back at times I requested. Would definitely recommend them for your car servicing.

Great service. Even got me a loan car at very short notice

This is the second time I have used MB Nottingham. There service is second to none and far superior when compared to Mercedes Benz. My car was collected from my home and delivered back in good time. It is always immaculately cleaned both inside and out. I am always impressed by the courteous way I am guided through the whole process. Every detail is explained by means of a phone call and needles to say the saving in comparison is just amazing.I cannot praise them enough and have no hesitation in recommending their exceptional services and will be using them again.

Since my migration from the main dealership due to lack of communication. I can honestly say that I have remained loyal to Independent Mercedes Benz. Martin & his Team are well qualified and excelled in all areas of the business, they provide good honest sound advice, along with a Collection & Delivery Service that is seamless and on time, operating a pricing structure that is highly competitive as compared to the main dealership. I am a long standing and very satisfied customer of MB Nottingham and, whilst I was originally attracted to them by their very reasonable prices, I've stayed loyal because of the quality of their work and the quality of the service they provide. Furthermore, when they discover that my car requires additional work, they always explain their advice clearly and have never abused my trust.

Great service from these guys, highly impressed that they are prepared to pickup from almost Leicester, take back to Nottingham, service as planned and return within the day. All additional items and issues always clearly called out for agreement before being installed. No issues, great service and very pleasant.

MB were recommended to me by the place I purchased my car. I took my E-Class there for a service. MB nottingham are a highly professional company and their work, customer service (and prices) are better than Mercedes. I was so impressed by the first visit I ended up buying a car from them. I had a very minor issue with the car I purchased, called them and they immediately responded with “we will come and pick it up, put it on diagnostics and check it for you”. They picked it up and returned it back to my wife’s work place within a few hours. I HIGHLY recommend them. Friendly, Professional, Thorough with fantastic customer service. They definitely have both my Mercedes service Maintenance from now on.

Martin was a great front of house. Organised everything well and was welcoming upon arrival.
Everything I wanted was handled effectively and it was finished at the time predicted. Detailed billing was included and a check sheet was provided for the whole vehicle showing the state of all the important parts.
Coupled with a reasonable price you can’t beat Independant Mercedes Benz

Martin at MB Nottingham was fantastic. We needed our GLC repaired due to a minor collision with a wall. We explained that we had a baby due in less than two weeks and MB fitted us in the very next day and had the car fully repaired within two days. It was a huge relief and we had the car back and ready a few days before our baby arrived. We would very highly recommend MB to anyone with a Mercedes, and in fact any make of car. Thanks again to Martin and the team at MB for helping us out so quickly.

The service received was very personable/friendly and flexible - the car was collected and returned to me (I'm in Chesterfield). The inspection was thorough and I was shown the problem with my MB. The quote was thorough and reasonable. The mechanical work was top draw and the car is now running well. I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to other MB owners.

I have taken my cars to MB for more years than I care to recall and have found them to provide a consistent quality service. When they have the car for its service they will call once they have checked out the vehicle and say what extra work is necessary, what is advisable and what work will be necessary in X miles down the road. I find this very helpful as I want to know all jobs have been done and that the car is good for another year. I don’t want to take the car back during the next year so having jobs done that are not necessary now but will be in say 3,000 miles is really good; it’s a good way to keep ahead of the curve!

They are cheaper than a main dealer but their service is far better and more personal. Cost should not be an issue if you drive a Mercedes but it’s always good to be on the right side of this. For me however a good personal service and a quality job done on the car at a fair price is what you get, that is why I have been going to them for a really long time ( decades not years!!).

Have been dealing with Lawrence and Nathan whilst looking to buy my first expensive car and thus very exciting but also a bit daunting. However Lawrence has been excellent in working around my requirements and concerns. Must admit something that I originally thought was 'sales talk' ended up being bang on in terms of very sound advice. I got a lot of confidence that Lawrence was primarily concerned about ensuring that I got the exact car to meet my requirement rather then just selling me a car - in that respect he showed a lot of patience and support in helping research my requirements and was far from being pushy. I have not yet bought a car but would have no hesitance in dealing with both Lawrence and Nathan.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I took my car there. I would strongly suggest keeping well away, there's definitely something very strange going on! You'll probably pay a bit more at a proper Mercedes dealer but at least you'll get good honest service, Mercedes parts and no stories about needing work done.

I recently purchased a new Mercedes GLC this week 27 March 2018 from Mercedes-Benz Nottingham, what a fantastic experience I had having been greeted by Bilal,
Then showing me an example of an onsite GLC, guiding me through a number various options, never trying to take me away from my original spec. Once agreed, he was constantly in touch, updating me on the purchase and delivery of the car. I would have no hesitation at all recommending Mercedes-Benz Nottingham, the best purchasing experience I have had buying a car.

I purchased a used Mercedes Benz from Nottingham. The service I received from Devin Rogers was outstanding, he went above and beyond to find me my perfect car I was looking for. He explained all the deals I could purchase with my car to gap insurance ,warranty and the gardx to protect the car inside and outside. I would highly recommend Devin if you are looking for a used Mercedes Benz at Nottingham, he is very welcoming and not to mention his amazing accent.
