Mccambridge Duffy have just signed me off from my IVA. Fantastic service. Friendly, helpful, explained everything clearly, looked after me over this last 5 years. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had previously been in a DMP plan with their sister company national debt relief for the past 3 years. The transfer from one to the other was seamless and reassuring. McCambridge Duffy were extremely professional and made the lump sum IVA process that bit easier to deal with. Nobody ever wants to find themselves in a position like this, but when you do, you can be sure to expect a dignified and professional service. They have been great and could not have asked for more. The excellent rate of correspondence and the way the company and all the workers make you feel relaxed and informed. It was also made clear of all the work they would do and exact instructions on the small amount of work I had to do. I couldn't speak higher of their professionalism and customer care.

McCambridge Duffy were extremely helpful sorting out the end of my IVA early. My finances changed and I could no longer afford the payment. It only had 1 year left and the dissolved it so I no longer have it. I am really grateful for all they did for me

I’ve been with McCambridge Duffy since 2020, and after completing my IVA with them, I can confidently say they’ve been supportive and professional every step of the way.
Over the years, my circumstances changed quite a bit — job shifts, income increases, car issues, and rising living costs. Despite that, the team showed patience, listened carefully to my concerns, and always treated me like a real person, not just a case number.
I especially appreciate their efforts during the variation process towards the end of the IVA. Even when things got stressful and complex, they handled my case with clarity, care, and determination to find a fair resolution.

From the very beginning when the unimaginable happened to our family, myself the sole breadwinner who was fit as a fiddle and running marathons had a major heart attack causing 55% damage to my heart. I had no choice but to take off 6months to recover which resulted in unmanageable dept which I'd never had, the process was quick professional and understanding, I didn't feel shame and just gave me breathing space, I got the opportunity to complete one year early thanks to amazing daughter.
