We're so pleased with our new laminate flooring for our kitchen and conservatory. It looks beautiful! We would highly recommend MCK to our family & friends. John & Becky were very helpful when we were choosing our laminate flooring. Someone took the the old laminate up, & took it away, & the lads who laid out new floor were brilliant, very quick & efficient. Thanks to you all.

First time we’ve used this company and all I can say is the service from the showroom, the measuring service, the fitting of our Laminate floor and carpeting was of the highest of standard.

I ordered the floor from MCK flooring in Birkenhead.
The floor is so beautiful , fitting people were so nice and did fantastic work. They were so quick as well.

I am the hardest person to please as I’m such a perfectionist & so indecisive but they work patiently with me & went above and beyond to meet my every need.
this is why I can whole heartedly recommend this company from start to finish.
From the guy who measured the floors, to the customers service lady, to the floor fitters & staff that help me in the warehouse. the entire team is professional & hardworking & they put their customers needs first.
the wooden flooring is also high quality & absolutely fitted to perfection by Chris & his team. My floor was fitted in December & My mum loved it that much she had hers fitted last week. Two big jobs and not one imperfection. It was worth every penny.

I don't write many reviews, but I simply had to for these guys. My experience with them was quite simply one of the best consumer experiences I've had ever. Period. I shopped around, visiting 6-7 different flooring providers for a full flooring refurb of a four bedroomed house and MCK Flooring were not only the cheapest, but the friendliest and most helpful of the lot by a country mile. They helped me understand all the different options, made recommendations I hadn't thought of in terms of carpet choice on stairs, communicated well throughout the whole process and even the fitters they used were great lads.

I don't live on the Wirral (Knowsley here), so it might be more intuitive to go with someone more local, but I can assure you it's worth a trip through the tunnel to see what these guys offer. Head and shoulders above their competition.

Found this place by chance..... After using carpet right for many years & all the stores recently closing down I searched the internet and came across Mck flooring, so decided to call in...

Such a friendly, welcoming place & loved the banter, cause I'm that type of person.. I purchased a carpet for our bedroom.. The fitters done such a good job I went back for another bedroom carpet cause these prices are not to be missed... I was so impressed with the service it was time to go back, this time for wooden flooring for our lounge/diner.. Wow, the floor is amazing, the fitting service amazing and the price amazing.. I won't go anywhere else... A huge thank you to all at Mck Flooring for such excellent job.. 👌👌

Brill customer service from MCK, whole process was easy from booking in for measuring and then choosing the carpet and fitting date. Staff were accommodating and patient and brilliant price too. Carpet looks fabulous :) thanks!

Amazing service from start to finish. Will not be going anywhere else in the future for flooring other than MCK Flooring. A particular thank you to John who was absolutely fantastic! We love our new flooring and carpets. Very reasonable price too which is an added bonus to the customer service.
