There are a lot of negative review about this Company, i sent my iPhone 11 off yesterday and they received it today. I was sceptical upon sending my phone off ... however I’m glad I took the chance. Same day pay out, emails sent throughout the day to keep me informed. Take no notice of the bad reviews. Would definitely use again.

The whole process was straight forward and they kept me informed all the way
I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family

Like several other people I am still waiting for my payment. Wish I had read the reviews first. Had only one response to an email , sent several, which told me it was with the payment dept. Still nothing.

My phone was stolen by this company over a month ago now. I've sent multiple emails with no reply. Have now reported the company to trading standards and suggest others who are in the same position report them too.

I sent my phone off had a message the next day to say it was faulty so they knocked the price down to £50 which I was fine with but I’m still waiting for the payment to but my account I accepted your offer on Saturday I would like my money I’ve contacted you multiple times but no answer back please can you sort this now, if it’s not done by tomorrow evening at the latest I’ll go to the financial ombudsman.

I have sent the phone out 2 days ago and according to royal mail it arrived to their address yesterday. still haven't received any emails about the order and I haven't recieved the next day payment I was promised. I have also wrote an email to them yesterday and they still haven't responded

I did read the reviews prior to going with M&C.

Their offer for my phone was far higher than other companies, so I took the plunge.

Communication was rapid to start with, I received my postage pack within a couple of days.

I received emails at every stage of the process once received at M&C and, to my delight, I was told I'd receive the full quoted value within 24 hours (this was 18th March).

Unfortunately, it took 3 weeks, 2 telephone calls, and 2 emails to receive the payment from 17th March. First-world problems - maybe. The person I spoke to at M&C on 7th April was quite apologetic and promised this would be processed within 24 hours- which it was. Not quite the 'payment next day' that was promised but eventually, it was received.

I'm quite placid, so I'm not going to jump up and down ranting that 'you should avoid this company' - there's no point. I got what they said I'd get...eventually :)

Thought this company was great, sent off my phone. Recieved a reevaluated offer I accepted this amount this was on the 31st of March 2021 I still haven’t received my payment I have contacted them numerous times with no correspondence back I will be contacting the police and reporting it as theftExtremely upset by this avoid at all costs avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

Totally a cowboy outfit...........answered the phone twice out of 8 attempts, told they'd pay, and still not had money after a week. AVOID like the plague! Would not recommend it.

I sent my phone off no problem and then they emailed saying they needed a pin. It was factory reset and I even checked if you could start from new and you could. I emailed them back twice with no response and still no payment received which was over a week ago. I have tried ringing the phone number to hear that it is an incorrect number. I either want my money or my phone back!

got the package out no bother last week sent back within a day got first email 22nd march saying great parcel receieved, few hours later get another email all it said was pin replied to them the phone had been factory reset and did not require a pin. Got another email telling me they needed pin agin told them its factory reset there is no pin required. got third email telling me they need a pin to remove it from icloud have spoke to apple just to confirm what i already know there is no need for a pin to remove from icloud as phone can be set up as a new phone as had been factory restored and they are talking nonsense. Is their way of trying to screw me or what ? I even checked it could be set up as a new phone by putting my phone near it to see if my phone picked it up which it did. I wait with baited breath for their next email. As if they keep messing me around I will be calling the police on 101 to report the theft. only wish I had took time to check their reviews if I had I certainly would not have sent them my phone so the better return it asap or give me the cash. I will update review when I hear back with the outcome.

awful service. iphone x sent perfect condition . never had glass changed. was locked to vodafone and can get £158 from other sellers but they offered me £120. ive got to also pay to get the device back. shocking

Says same day payment when you send item they test and give you time to be payed and doesn’t happen tradeing standards need to investigate this company and have a cheek to charge you for a return

Send my S9 off with a price of £120... phone has never ever not had a cover and screen protector on it, even posted the phone with both. Got an offer of £90 because of an apparent screen scratch and dent in phone. I declined offer and had phone returned. Phone is IMMACULATE, not one mark on it. They obviously do this in the hope people just accept the offer to save hassle!!!! Conplete scam artists AVOID

Gave me slightly less than original online quote, but still a reasonable amount. Payment was delayed because of incorrect bank details but when I rang up they sorted it straight away.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Still not received money for my phone which I sent them a month ago! Despite multiple emails still no payment!!!!!

Sent my phone in to them had an email saying it passed the test and I would receive the money shortly, it has been 7 working days and still nothing. I've emailed twice and have tried to call 3 times but there is never an answer on the phone. I think they are ignoring all emails and calls!!!

Instead of £210 I was offered £160. They increased to £175 or I had to pay £4 to get the phone back. Apart from one tiny mark on the screen there was nothing up with my phone! Took over a week and 3 calls and many emails to get my money. Then they had the audacity to only send £170 so I’ve had to email them again to ask why they haven’t sent the full amount!!! DO NOT USE!!

Absolute joke, used this provider to sell my old phone to. They were unresponsive for weeks after I sent my phone, after much chasing up they finally paid me but through PayPal which charged a fee from the agreed price. I had NOT selected PayPal as a payment option, had definitely selected BACS as the original payment option, but sadly with no proof of this had no grounds in which to contest it. Wouldn't bother using them again.
