Sent phone off mid January, tested on the 25th reduced the offer from £85 to £65 which I accepted (Email arrived in spam folder so didn't see it arrive). Said payment made on the 1st of February. It's now 2nd of March and still no payment. I've sent them multiple emails to chase this up and get the feeling they're ignoring me. I have their company details from companies House including their directors name which will be passed on to action fraud and their local trading standards Office.

I also have video/photographic evidence of the condition of my phone before sending it off and the iemi number.

They have from my perspective stolen my phone.

Terrible service all round, wouldn't ever recommend or use again. At least its all over with now.

My phone was with them a while before processed... But when they acknowledged my phone the testing and the payment was the same day. FULL offer was paid. I would use them again... Just ensure your phone is correctly insured when posting. They dealt with my enquires quickly and proffesionally.

After writing a review on this site about how bad this company is, I received a message asking for more details so they could look into it. That was three days ago and still no reply to any emails sent to them. I have now reported my phone as stolen so the company will get a visit or a call on Monday when they open from the police. I did tell them I was going to do this and they had until today to sort things out but nothing so I did. Hopefully I'll get my money now or at least my phone back.

I sent them my phone and received email confirming receipt but never got paid, sent email and was told it was with technicians and they would chase, still no money, sent another email, ignored. If I do not receive reply I shall take this further. Same day payment on receipt my a@@e

Received my phone and inspected the same day. Then offered less due to damage which I accepted as I couldn't be bothered messing about! Then took 12 days to pay and only after multiple emails to which they just replied they would inform there payment department. Ended up threatening to report the phone stolen to eventually get paid! Will never get another phone from me - PLEASE AVOID

Emailed/ messaged but had no response- it’s been over a month and I’ve not received payment.

Ref 3183399 sent my phone not recieved payment. Tried emailing mutiple time only to be ignored

This app are scammers as I sent my phone and they recived it on the 14thFeb and it is now the 22nd and they claimed (even after emailing me to confirm hey have recived the phone) that they don’t have it and are ignoring all of my emails. As a follow up I did email you about the iCloud and ask you to send the phone back multiple times and you never replied, it’s funny how you replied to my negative review in less that 20 minutes!

I am having same experience as Very Unhappy Customer. They received my phone on 20.01.21 and despite numerous phone calls and emails, most of which went unanswered, I finally received an email offering £20 less than original quote as they said there were scratches on phone. I accepted offer and received an email on 12.02.21 saying payment been made by BACS, well not to me it hasn't. Have been ringing then since 9am this morning and no response, surprise surprise. Have also emailed again today requesting payment or return of phone. If this doesn't happen then will also be contacting Trading Standards

WARNING!!!!!! Awful company. They have had my Phone for over 3 months. They have never responded to any of the emails I have sent them over that period chasing what's happening. I have sent at least 5 emails now. They eventually offered me £20 less for the phone claiming scratches which I immediately accepted. I have heard absolutely nothing since and not received a penny. I can only assume this company are scammers as per some of the other reviews. They have literally stolen my phone and are ignoring all my correspondence. I urge someone from the company to contact me immediately as I will not drop the matter and I'm prepared to tell all who'll listen what an appaulling company they are! My next move is to contact compare and trading standards. As said before they cannot be allowed to get away with such a poor service. #3170669

Update:

The below response from MC Recycle is factually incorrect. My phone was hard reset prior to being sent to them as instructed. No email was received about a password. They didn't acknowledge receipt of my phone until 21st Jan 21, the same day they made an offer for it which I accepted. They sent no emails before or after this to communicate what was happening and ignored all my emails chasing what was happening. It has taken me to leave a negative review for them to finally transfer my money to me. Make up your own mind about MC Recycle but I have never felt the need to leave a negative review before now!

Good and efficient service until it comes to the payment. I had an email a week ago saying payment had been made, but I had to chase them up before the payment was finally made. This needs to be quicker once everything is agreed and should not need prompting

PLEASE AVOID! I have sent 10 emails and tried ringing over and over, Sent the phone in December and still haven’t received payment! When lock down is over I am heading to the store to resolve this - or small claims, which is ridiculous that I have to waste my time on this!

Two months and still waiting for payment - AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAMMERS !!!
Numerous emails sent without reply took a few days to get through on the phone - said it’s with the payment team - the stores a corner shop in London it’s no huge customer service building or dept - THEY ARE THIEVES !! I think only choice is a personal visit to resolve this issue
