As this is my second purchase from McVapeUK and I am very happy. My issues from my first review seem to be addressed. Delivery was next day. Packaging was very secure in fact doubled packed. I even received a hand written apology for one of my juice bottles being damaged so a replacement has been sent. Thank you McVape. I will most likely be ordering again

They are very reliable and even though I could not visit the store due to the current circumstances I was able to order online and get it delivered the same day. They are more than happy to help via Facebook and the woman who is doing the deliveries is lovely. My new go to for vape supplies. Very happy :)

This was my 3rd order from this retailer online. Now considering we are in a pandemic situation at the moment even though I paid for next day I didnt expect it to come as quick as all delivery companies in the UK say there maybe delays depending on where you live folks need to take that into account before leaving bad reviews.
I ordered on the 10th forgetting that it was a bank holiday weekend (lol) so it was shipped out the day after folks were back at work (Tuesday). After seeing they are operating on a skeleton staff to make sure folks were safe its miraculous that it indeed came next day. All 3 of my orders have arrived even in this difficult climate when alot of vape shops are closed down arrived when they were supposed to.

Keep up the great work mcvape.
