The color and workmanship are great. The problem with the COVID kept it from arriving as soon as it might have, but understandable. One is a gift so I don't know that person's opinion until after Christmas.

I can see reviewers are polarised on this. I bought two change purses. For some reason I thought "with card slot" would mean it actually had slots for cards. There is just an internal pocket where you can stick about 4 cards in. Plus I am not convinced by the beautiful soft "leather". Yes, the colours are striking. I think it is PU leather and will peel in due course. This is just a change purse and who carries coins atm? not "the perfect wallet" as claimed.

The leather is not as nice as you say. But the bag is nice. Not quite worth what you are charging so I am really glad it was on sale

I purchased 5 change purses to give as gifts. Let me say, this is not leather. Looks like cheap shiny plastic and cheap manufactured "gold look alike" zippers and pulls. Their ad is deceptive and misleading. This coin purse is very small. I can barely get anything in it. This product reminds me of something you would give to a little girl for play instead of adult women.

On August 9th, I ordered and paid $109 for a purse. In a few hours, I had to cancel my order for family reasons. I received an answer from the customer service almost immediately where they letting me know that my order will be canceled. When nothing happened for more than a week, I sent them second email with question when I will get my money back .... so make my story short.....Today is 10 days since the order was canceled and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen!!! I do not recommend this site for shopping it's a scam.....

Ordered via Facebook, on Aug 10 and paid by PayPal. Account charged immediately but there has been no shipment. I emailed support and got a response that they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Nothing since, that's over 3 days ago.
Has anyone received products as expected from this company, I mean customers of this own volition, writing reviews? This is ruining Trustpilot, if all reviews are invited!
On another note, it is not clear where this company is located: Singapore? UK? China? Are the names of support people real? Are the bags genuine leather?
I always use Trustpilot and have found it useful in the past, however this company do not seem to respond, for some reason?

I received my first order today. The Limoges wallets are gorgeous and well made.The leather is beautiful, soft, and handmade. The zippers zip smoothly. Plus, they have added a little heart on each zipper pull. I purchased these in Prussian Blue, Coffee Bean, and Basil Green.
I was missing one wallet from the order but, the support staff are sending another one. I actually ordered more because the wallets are going to make great gifts! I also have my eye on a bag or three! I have a similar wallet by a well known designer, and this wallet has three zippered compartments plus a slip pocket inside. These are thoughtfully designed, You can't go wrong just buy one, you'll see!

The wallet has been first a gift to myself and then birthday gifts for my niece and my sister. We love the design and the feel of the leather. It's a winner!

Not only are the leather goods drop-dead gorgeous, the leather and hardware of superior quality, the workmanship perfect, the prices are very reasonable for such quality. Their customer service is beyond anything I've ever encountered. I had problems with the delivery of my order and every one of the customer service folks I dealt with went over and beyond anything I might have expected to help me. I cannot sing their praises enough. MDBM has a customer for life who will be a walking advertisement!

I go for quality not the “latest thing”. My purse and wallet are such top-notch quality I wish I could get them to make me a couch! The English have been doing leather for centuries and this company is the culmination of all that talent. Super-soft but very durable Beautiful leather products. I will use mine for a good decade or two. Thank you so much. Oh, and fantastic prices too!

DO NOT BUY …but If you do… The dispute process is difficult and time consuming. Here are the steps to receive a refund per our credit card company.
1. Ensure that you keep track of the date of receipt of the package.
2. Contact MDBM for a refund. Note the day and time of the call and or email. Request for an RMA (return material authorization number) and a pre-paid shipment label. Most likely, MDBM will not provide a pre-paid shipment label. If you receive a pre-paid shipment label, receive a receipt from the shipment carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEx etc). Monitor your credit card statement for the refund.
3. If MDBM does not give you a pre-paid shipment label, contact your credit card company to advise them that you are attempting to return a product that was not as promised.
4. Contact MDBM and state that per Date & Time that you have contacted your credit card company. Also, state per Date & Time, that this contact by you is formal notification that their return product is available for pickup.
5. MDBM should provide you with the pre-paid shipment label in a timely manner. Note the date and time of each attempt at contact by you. Note the date and time of the response from MDBM. If during this process, MDBM fails to respond to you in a timely manner or fails to issue a refund, provide this documentation to your credit card company.
6. Good Luck! To save time, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

My husband purchased the Cholet bag for my birthday. This product is NOT LEATHER as advertised. The description of the product clearly states Napa Leather. After receiving this product, there is no label that shows that this is leather. Despite this, the customer return department has been unsatisfactory. NEVER PURCHASE. I saw the ad and reviews on FaceBook and Trustpilot; therefore, I expected this company to be legitimate. CHOLET bag is cheap plastic NOT LEATHER. After analyzing the Trustpilot reviews 5star reviewers are "invited."
