The doctor I had been seeing for just over a year abandoned his practice and hooked up with this outfit and opened a different office. The promise was an extended test, longer appointments and same-day appointment. For this it would cost an annual subscription fee of $3,250. Sick visits would still be billed additionally, as before. His choice.
The problem is since he announced I have been getting continuous spam. Letters in the mail. Emails. And phone calls. This has been going on for six months.
It appears this MDVIP is primarily a marketing outfit, handling the nagging. A franchise.
Since I continue to get spam, I conclude things are not going well for my (now) former doctor.

If you call the main office, don’t expect to get anyone on the phone in a timely manner. MDVIP has also gotten too cheap to send out cards to keep in your wallet with your physicians contact information.
Their physicians definitely have more time to spend with you, but that doesn’t mean they’ll do much of a manual exam. Blood work seems to be their main focus . They rely on specialists very heavily . The days of one. stop shopping are over.

Do not do a physical with your provider if you intend on ever canceling. They rope you in to some contract and refuse to let you out just because you utilized their providers the way they are supposed to be used? It’s a money grab and makes healthcare LESS accessible. Run far and fast. There are way better options.

I have been an MDVIP user and patient of Dr. Maneesh Patel for 10 years. The annual wellness testing provides great, trending data on base health. Ongoing discussions with Dr. Patel have allowed for fully customized care for my wellness, along with very timely treatment for any issues that come up. Dr. Patel also goes above and beyond to help family members and work with other doctors and facilities to expedite care. Thank You!

Being seniors, my wife and I really appreciate the ability to get in touch with our physician and her nurse on the same day. If we need an appointment for non-emergency issues, it is normally the next day. Also the tests that are run during our wellness exam are very thorough and were explained very well by Dr. Hanlon. Additionally, the staff keeps us up to date on the availability of optional but important tests such as cancer screening and CIMT exams for plaque levels in our arteries. Dr. Hanlon has retired and we have yet to meet professionally with her replacement, Dr. Garner.

My husband and I have been MDVIP members for over 11 years. We are both health care professionals and believe that the care we have received is beyond excellent. We have recommended MDVIP to friends and family members.
In today’s changing health care environment, we feel incredibly fortunate to be part of MDVIP.

Dr, Kaminski is absolutely amazing. Since joining MDVIP I never feel rushed, all of my questions and concerns are addressed and I don’t have to wait to be seen.

We signed up for MDVIP when our doctors opted in 19 years ago. The concept of paying a stipend so the doctor can take fewer patients and have more time for us has worked well for us. We always get a quick response or quick appointment and the doctor has time to spend with us.

I've been a patient of an MDVip-affiliated physician, Dr. Christian LeFevre, since 2007. My most recent annual check up was on June 27, 2025, and it consisted of 1.5 hrs of examination, tests, and detailed dialogue of issues and possible solutions. The battery of tests was extensive but not excessive. I've continued to rely on his care and advice even after moving out of the DC metropolitan area in 2017, to a town with a University-affiliated Medical School and hospital 110 miles away. The reasons I continue to rely on Dr. LeFevre and on the MDVip network are many: He is always available on short notice, whether the issue(s) turn out to be medically major or minor - we have developed a relationship where he knows that I won't trouble him for trivia, and if I call, it is important to me. We have mutual respect; I'm not a physician, but I am a biomedical scientist. Dr. LeFevre has never asked to "check my brain at the door;" instead, he welcomes dialogue to help him help me, knowing that I won't second-guess him on medical matters. Over the 17 years of this professional relationship, it has been enormously reassuring to know that, whether it is a phone consultation, an office visit, or a referral to a specialist, expert, understanding, and kind support are always available. The referrals, locally and via the MDVip network, have been invariably to knowledgeable and responsive providers. So, this is not the narration of a single moment, but a long collection of many important experiences provided by this method of medical care.

My doctor is only a phone call or text away. I’m so thankful to have that peace of mind wherever I am at all hours of the day or night. MDVIP also has preventative testing that other physicians don’t offer. My health is in great hands being a part of MDVIP.

They practice preventive medicine. An in depth annual physical, a follow up after 6 months has been integral to catching impending health issues needing treatment. Keeping up with patient history, vaccinations, etc are very important

I have a connection with my doctor that is based on mutual trust. As a nurse with a history of autoimmune issues I recognize subtle signs of change and my doctor, and I make a plan for treatment.

I have been with MDVIP for over 10 years I would say it’s the best experience that I’ve had with appointments the extensive blood work that you get and I am extremely happy with Dr. James Greene, his expertise and the advancement of medicine is phenomenal.
