Some of the veteran internists at MDVIP are first class. Those signing up recently, not so much. They are not chosen for excellence; they are chosen because they can afford to purchase a practice or b... See more

What a complete scam! The literature clearly claims you have 24 hour access to your doctor. My doctor did not respond to me on two separate occasions over a 5 month period. I cancelled the service and they still invoiced me for another quarter of payments because I had a wellness check up during the last year. So the Dr. doesn't live up to his end of the deal and I cancel but the Mdvip charges me for another quarter even though I have not received the other services that were promised from Mdvip. In summary, it makes no difference at all if they don't live up to what they promised you are locked into quarterly payments regardless according to the horrible agent at Mdvip I just spoke with. Great way of doing business. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE AS YOU CAN!
Horrible company that is non responsive and delivers zero value for the fee. Repeated turnover of physicians, lack of follow-up when the turnover occurs, minimal efforts to ensure continuity of care when their physician partners bolt.
Employees on the front line answering the phones(or not!) are not empowered to fix anything, but are trained to repeat the company talking points.
There is no VIP treatment. What a joke and scam.
The salesperson told me that I would get a full refund if I had not used any of the services yet. That is completely untrue. The contract language is vague and confusing. I had no reason NOT to believe what the salesperson told me. The company is refusing to refund any amount of money, even though their salesperson misinformed me about their refund policy. I gave the company $500 for nothing. I am not the only person who has complained about this. Go to the BBB for more reviews. If your doctor signs on with MDVIP, run, don't walk to another doctor.
This company presents a sound value proposition on the front end but is inflexible and downright unresponsive when circumstances change, as discussed by the other reviewers here. They effectively do not have a customer service infrastructure, just call center folks who say "sorry, there's nothing we can do." There's no address, no other phone number, no email.....no way at all to put your communications with them in writing. Shady, selfish, and unprofessional are the words I use to describe them.
I used this service for several years and my Dr. was great. I paid for the service every 6 months. My Dr. retired and I decided to cancel. Their stance is you have to pay for the next six months even if you cancel. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is not worth the money and they continued to raise the price every year. I have never had a service where they expected you to pay for something after you cancel when you won't be receiving services.
This company dropped my Dr, with no
Notice, leaving me with no Dr, after I
Paid $1,800., and no refund. I had been with mdvip since 2017, they are
