Good customer service
Had an order for pick-up at a restaurant via their website. However turned out the restaurant was closed and wasn't able to fulfil the order and wasn't able to contact the restaurant.
Put in for a refund, which was processed very easily & quickly thanks to Bruce.

I ordered food on a day the restaurant was closed. Contact Mealzo and Franklin on the customer support team had reviewed and confirmed my refund in a couple of hours. Eased the frustration of the experience a lot.
