Refund request accepted straight away
I had a meal that hadn’t turned up the night before so I emailed the company to ask for a refund about 9pm and by 10:11pm I had an email saying everything was sorted, absolutely spot on service from Bruce on the care team 👌

I love the food from Spice village, been going here for a while now.
I had a small problem with a refund due to the pizza oven not working. I spoke to the guys in the shop and they were nice and sorted it out straight away.

I spoke to customer advisor “Franklin” about my order I was unhappy with and how upset I was with the restaurant being unprofessional and unhappy with my food. The restaurant denied my refund out of rudeness even though there was evidence shown that I needed a refund. He was able to get the refund for me and made me happy! Thanks again
