Disgusting
Absolute disgrace I’m afraid to say. The parcel arrived in a most unacceptable state. Totally soggy, battered and bashed about. The immediate response of meat supermarket,
“If this ever happens again, please refuse the delivery if you're able to.”
From my perspective it is most unlikely to happen again for one very obvious reason.

This is absolutely not how our orders should arrive, and I completely understand your frustration. As a long-standing customer, you’ll know we take a lot of care in how we pack and despatch our products, so it’s very disappointing to see it has been so badly handled in transit.
From what you’ve described, this does appear to be courier damage during delivery rather than anything at the packing stage. Unfortunately, once parcels are with the courier, we have no control over how they are handled in the network, but that said, it’s still not the experience we expect for our customers.

Didn’t want to only give them 2stars but sorry not been a good experience for my first order.
Ordered over £100 worth of meat. All looks good, chicken looks great but let’s see if the sheik if there injected with loads of water….
The issues were - arranged delivery on there website for Wednesday as that’s when I would have been home. No, it arrived on Thursday as was left outside in this weather till I got home later in the day.
Then one of the items was missing, on the packing note all items in the box had a tick alongside them apart from this item which had a cross.
Then after sending 2 emails to their customer services no replies. No reasons given and just no communication.
It’s the small things like this that make customers look elsewhere as there are loads of online butchers out there who want your business. It doesn’t take much to reply to an email.

T-bone steaks are lovely and the sirloins were too but the joint of sirloin went from lovely big steaks down to flimsy steaks which wasn’t practical, still to try the pork chops , good delivery service and the quality of the meat was very good

Arrived preserved in Ice pack
Arrived preserved in Ice pack, my large whole beef fillet was excellent. Cooked first 4 pieces for a dinner party and everyone enjoyed our New Zealand beef. Definitely recommend Meatsupermarket to family and friends.

Delivery was spot on, excellent packaging.
The only negative part was the T-Bone Steaks were from the EU (Poland). If I had known the source for the Steaks wasn't 🇬🇧, I wouldn't have bought them BUY BRITISH
