Didnt deliver the order.

No telephone to to contact anyone.
Said the order had been lost, however dpd records show it wasnt even picked up.
Offered another date for delivery after i complained, but if i hadnt complained they wouldnt have even known it didnt even leave their address.

Your parcel was despatched from our warehouse as planned, however DPD failed to scan it into their network, which unfortunately meant it appeared to be lost before entering the delivery system.

Wonderful customer service and quality meat at good prices
Quality meat, good prices and a wonderful customer service team. I had an issue with DPD who delivered my package however the customer service at Meat supermarket were quick to make amends to a satisfactory point! Would I recommend? Yes. One star shy of 5 due the unfortunate experience with the deliverer service.

The ribeye steak was a little bit fatty and a bit of gristle, but it was very tasty,the pork chops were
