Food packaging was all broken, chicken breasts were mixed in juice with steaks, it looked disgusting when I opened it. Wasn't cold at all either, definitely not right way transport meat.

DPD issue resolved by great customer service
Unfortunately my delivery did not make it due to an issue with the courier service. However, when i got in touch with the customer support team, they were super helpful and offered a full refund or replacement of goods. I will 100% be ordering again due to the value of the meats and the great service.

I was sceptical But no need to be
I was sceptical about buying meat online but honestly I was very wrong. It Was worth it. I bought some sirloin on offer and have frozen most of it after slicing it up.

On the second order the chicken was…
On the second order the chicken was perfect no loss in size whilst cooking.Delivery service was poor they was a day late and they just left it on the steps in the backing sun.that wasn’t the suppliers fault it was the delivery service.all that being said I wouldn’t hesitate to re order top quality chicken breast and the bacon at the same standard.

I ordered 2 × 5kg of chicken breast and…
I ordered 2 × 5kg of chicken breast and XL sirloin joint i ordered them in 2 seperate deliveries a day after the other. The first order was the chicken breast which was due to come 3 days later on the wednesday and the sirloin on the thursday. Bare in mind its been hot when ordered so a little weary. On the wednesday i checked the delivery update for it to say there had been a problem with delivery and it was now going to be delivered on the thursday. I messaged to find out if everything was going to be alright as it would of been in transit for 2 days. I had a reply saying if possible not to email them as they have so many emails and to only email if i really need to, understood, then told that they understand the concern with the weather, the ice packs will more than likely have melted but it should be alright as the packaging is thermal so holds the coolness in.
Thursday the sirloin was delivered first which was still nice and cool ice packs still frozen - straight in the fridge it went. Half hour later the chicken came videoed myself opening the box and just like they told me the ice packs were melted and barely cool, checking the chicken the colour wasnt the pinkest opening the bag it didnt smell the best and the temperature with a thermometre said is was at around 5 - 6 degrees, i quickly bagged it all up and got it in the freezer as i didnt want it to spoil more than it had.
Today i got some out again not looking the best by colour i defrosted a couple of pieces they have a slight soury smell to them after being in the fridge for a few hours so not too pleased really. Ive coated them in chicken tikka paste and im going to try them before feeding the family any as im abit worried. The sirloin seemed alright i cut them into inch thick steaks and got roughly 21 steaks out of it, me and the missus tried one each the other day and it didnt taste too bad a little gristle here and there but i expected that for the price. Ive given you 2 stars as the sirloin was alright but because of the chicken being delayed and arriving at the temp it did and the colour it was and then being told not to email too often when i was querying about a concern because of the weather and it being meat. Sorry but thats the reason i am at 2 stars i have ordered from other meat wholesalers around the same distance from me and havent had a problem. I know the delivery probly isnt quite your fault but when its 30c outside anyone is going to be concerned with how there meat will be delivered when its not being delivered in a climate controlled vehicle. Now im just hoping the chicken is alright to eat fingers crossed.
Sorry but i had to give an honest review from my experience not to say everyones will be the same but that was mine.

Was not pleased with the driver put box near front door knocked and went it was only by chance I went to the bin and find it there anyone going by seeing the meat sign could have stolen it driver be more careful and wait till someone opens the door please

First order and really impressed. XXL sirloin was huge and meat looks great. We have 20 large steaks from it! Their customer service is friendly and quick to respond.

Disappointed!
Disappointedly I found the meat to be tough and tasteless and yes the price was good however it is not that far from many supermarket prices for ribeye steaks that are tastier.
In addition even though I was at home the courier left the box on the doorstep, something I believe should not happen with this type of commodity, also meat was completely defrosted when I opened it.
