Such great quality and the shipping process (to US) was easy as can be!

I've shopped from Meccha Japan a few times now, and had a good experience every time. The prices are reasonable and the delivery has been quick with well packaged orders.

it's good to see that there is a easy way for europians to get merch from Japan. Sadly the big things like life size plushies are not available or the shipping is very expensive

The good:
Good website to find what you are looking for easily
(Mostly) normal/good prices
Delivery is good trackable and fast depanding on your choice of transport.

The bad:
When a item is new or as they call it "rare" they increase the price, sometimes way to high since the store doesn't raise their price. This feels a bit scammy in my opinion. They could easily avoid it by making a purchase limit.

Also "rare" items are older items from a few years ago. they ask ridiculous prices for that (For example, they ask €200+ for a small plush that was €20,-

that makes me searching further before buying here

All well except the custom clearance at arrival in Spain which supposed quite heavy work from me.
And additional unexpected costs.

Meccha Japan really helped me out. I had two Nendoroid figures preordered months in advance at a local store, but shipping problems made me wait for almost a year after release date and after a while the store wouldn't even reply anymore when you asked for an update. I found both figures at Meccha Japanfor a very reasonable price when I discovered that store by chance on twitter. Had the nendoroids like a week after ordering. Pleasant experience. It's my new go-to-store for stuff from Japan.

I love my products, and everything arrived well packed. My order was a little late shipping out, but Meccha reached out to me unprompted to apologize and sent me a small gift in my order. I will definitely be making more purchases here.

More or less everything is great but DHL has been a bit messy for me in terms of how they get packages too me. I realize that what package carriers do might be beyond the scope of what you guys personally do as a business but never the less its still a part of my over all experience. besides that everything has been amazing tho! I love the plushies you sell me and its so fun even looking forward to them arriving!

They were so helpful when I had to switch shipping companies, and my figure came out so cute! I was worried at first of her being a knock off since I've never used this service before but her paint job and sculpt is beautiful!

Saw they restocked a pokemon plushie I missed out on. Was able to order and receive it in a reasonable time. However there was a bug with the robot checker upon landing on the site - it would not let me shop via samsung's browser, only through instagram's in-app browser. Got stuck in an infinite loop.
