Good delivery

I ordered two different items on different days and they were both delivered together!

There was a little confusion with one of the packages but that mostly had to do with the front desk where I live. Both items were delivered in great condition and I'm pretty happy about it.

3 months ago I paid and pre-order a product, after 2 moths of the release date without any updates they say they no longer have stock and they willl send my money back.

If you are going to accept pre-orders for limited number products, make sure to have the stock, unbelievable.

Amazing first time order, (pre)order product arrived quickly and with no damages. Kept up to date about shipping very nicely.

First time buyer from this site, as I was looking for a fairly niche set of trading cards, and I was a tad worried for the stipulations imposed by the US as a resident here.

However, although there were slight delays due to working out the tariff concessions, support staff was quick to answer with plenty of detail to get the order done, and after all that got resolved, the goods shipped extremely quick; looking around 2 business days total since payment got settled over the weekend. Package was well secured and my cards were in perfect condition! Now I won’t hesitate to buy Japanese goods off this site, already looking at another set of game figures and trading cards that I’m sure will get here just as good as the rest!

It was my first time to order in Japan with some hesitation. The item was exactly same as I ordered. Even the delivery was faster than I expected. The delivery fee was relatively lower than other stores.

I have received 3 different shipments from Meccha Japan, and I couldn't be happier! Everything came in a very timely manner and was packaged very nicely as well. This most recent shipment, I purchased a single card, along with other goodies, and the card came well-protected in a single card cover with bubble wrap around it. I really appreciate and enjoy the wide selection and variety of the shop, especially when a special sale or deal is going on. Being in the United States, shipping is a bit pricy, but understandable because it comes straight from Japan. Just be aware that when purchasing something you are pre-ordering, even if the other items in your cart are not pre-ordered, they will all be delivered when the pre-ordered item is shipped.

First time using this website to purchase the first wave of the Sanei Sonic All-Star Collection when it was up for preorder all the way back in October 2024 and I was finally able to receive them now! There were some bumps along the way, but the people at Meccha were quick to answer my concerns and questions. I was using the boat shipping method at the time, so I already knew it would be a wait. It was no trouble since I wanted to spare my wallet from the hassle of extra cost on an already pricey purchase. But I count it as a good deal since I managed to secure all 5 of them 😌They were generous enough to gift some Pokémon goodies amongst other things within my package for the trouble. Can’t wait to purchase from them again!

Great store. Have used many times, always reliable. Offers many hardly accessible products from Japan at a price usually below competition or even e-bay. Things typically take a little under two weeks to receive in EU. Just be warry of the shipping costs and import taxes you'll pay yourself, as those combined often amount to over half the purchase value.
