Really good, just took a long time and had to pay 11€ customs duty but the plush is really good and i'm satisfied

First time ordering from them and honestly I was amazed at the speed of shipping. Everything arrived in good condition, well packaged, I highly recommend and will order from them again.

I'm really satisfied with this very first purchase. Amiami is my main provider of japanese goodies, but Meccha didn't disappoint due its long catalogue of TCG stuff.

It can take a while for the items to be packaged and shipped after you place your order, but I've always had them arrive relatively fast for overseas. Everything is carefully packaged and I've never had any issues with missing or damaged items. They also reach out if an item you ordered is no longer in stock. I've done three purchases and will again in the future.

Meccha japan has been my goto store for anime merchandise and eye popping deals.
They have always provided me the best deals for exquisite anime merchandise from manufacturers like megahouse, kotobukiya and bandai

They have a great support staff who have always sympathised with by concerns and provided satisfactory resolution to my queries.

I've been buying from this site for 3 years already and I love it more than AmiAmi at this point. I also had to change an address for an item I preordered several months ago since I recently moved to another country, and the shipping address update and the delivery went smoothly. The only thing I miss is a wishlist on their website to have all the products I'm interested in on a same place to check them or add them to my cart comfortably, but still they're a 10/10 for me :)

Since the 2022 I been buying stuff from here, specially nendoroids ,and they are imported with so much care ,not a single scratch,etc... I'm really happy buying here. ^^

1st time buyer: BE VERY CAREFUL I ordered a significant amount ($1000+) before they ship my order they required me to send a photo or scan of my ID along with the last four digits of my credit card to "authorize" that I am the rightful account holder for the order &my order was meant to be placed. After I submitted this information, they informed me that the authorization could not be processed because their system failed to recognize the photo scanned of my credit card and my ID, as 99% of my ID and Credit card details were obscured (which I did to protect sensitive information as they advised) to avoid my identity being stolen, they are requesting that I resubmit.

At this point, I am uncertain about what to present to them, as my ID and credit card include sensitive information. I also even explained to them that I haven't received any fraudulent alerts nor calls from my bank about a suspicious purchased from their store APART from my order. I sincerely desire to receive the figures I have ordered; however, this request is proving to be quite challenging for me.

This information should have been shared on their website, as their practices seem underhanded and wasteful of someone else's time.

NOTE: THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED & THEY WILL NOT SHIP MY ORDER until their "system" has verified your identity- Never in my online shopping experience has anyone requested a photo scan of the last four digits of my credit card and my ID

THE REPLY SERVICE IS SLOW, particularly regarding the case I have.

Update:
Now they're saying that it was necessary for the security of my payment method due to the detection of abnormalities in my transaction. Which they never mentioned. If there were abnormalities in my credit card the first one who will notice is going to be my bank. This is really disappointing

Shipping wasn't cheap but I wanted my Japan exclusive items fast and they were packaged carefully so they arrived in perfect condition. Will buy from Meccha Japan again.

I pre-ordered some merchandise and received an email regarding shipment. While reviewing the shipment details, I realized I accidentally keyed in the incorrect zip code.
After reaching out to customer service about the last minute request for a correction, they got back to me ASAP and resolved my error before the products were shipped!

I wish i knew this site earlier in life.. it could have saved me for so many problems with other sites and drop shipping in the US to get the plushies my son wanted, i saved so much money after getting to know Meccha, i wish for better updates for shipping when your waiting general status but the delivery was smooth and the items are worth the price!
